First of all don’t believe every negative review here. You can simply go to their website and check video testimonials of past successful raises. That’s what we did before taking a chance with Qubit.
We came on board almost a year and a half ago. Back then Ameya was handling us. He was sincere and knowledgeable and quickly understood what our crm tool was about. Though his pointers helped us target the right investors in the niche, we did not go further than a few interesting investor calls.
In hindsight I was a bit rude to the team because it had been a year since we saw any results but things turned soon after that. Now we are in talks with 2 investors and discussing the term sheet. Special thanks to Aditya and Maithli for taking over and making this possible. Ameya of course had a huge role to play in this.

The team supported us with strong professionalism, strategic thinking and attention to detail across both the investor pitch deck and the financial model. They helped us clarify the investment narrative, sharpen the commercial logic and build a more structured, investor-ready story. The result is genuinely strong. The content holds together as an argument rather than a collection of slides, and the format does what it should: it carries the story instead of getting in the way of it. That combination is harder to pull off than it looks.

What I appreciated most, though, was how quickly you understood the business. In my experience, that's the part most firms struggle with. It usually takes several rounds before the narrative starts to sound like the company rather than a template, and here it was there almost from the first draft. On top of that, every piece of feedback we sent came back addressed the same day or close to it, which made the whole process far lighter than it normally is.

On the fundraise itself: I hope it goes well. My honest wish is less about speed and more about fit. The right investors are the ones who understand the moment the company is in and want to back that specific trajectory, not just the ones who move fastest. Mass-emailed unsuitable investors, then called it a "curated" fundraise

We hired Qubit Capital to help with our fundraise. On the intro call they promised a curated list of 250+ investors matching our criteria. What we actually got was a mass email and LinkedIn blast to a huge list that clearly was barely filtered at all, including VC funds that only invest in female founders, funds exclusively for African founders, and funds restricted to regions we don't operate in.

This isn't just sloppy, it's damaging. Investors compare notes, and getting an off-mandate cold email with our company's name on it makes us look like we don't do our homework, not Qubit. That reputational hit doesn't go away when the campaign ends.

We paid for a targeted, thoughtful process and got a spam-level volume play instead. Can't recommend Qubit Capital if you care about how your company shows up to investors.

EDIT: For Qubit's reply: our company was aware of our niche and discussed this openly on the kick off calls. Qubit assured us this was not an issue. It was this plus an over 40% rate of mis-aligned funds that lead to this review and warning people away from Qubit.

Approach to reache investor is good but the timeline and execution paritcularly for early stage deep-tech company like ours can be improvised particularly from international investors perspective.

A venture scout keeps spamming our Tampere Game Hub emails with automated messages with no way to opt out, claiming to represent Qubit Capital.

We worked with Sagar and Maithili on rebuilding the financial model before the Series A. The previous file had been patched together since pre-seed and the unit economics tab was honestly held together by hope. Maithili pulled apart the assumptions before we got into the rebuild. She found three numbers we had been carrying forward from a 2024 plan that nobody had questioned in months. The model that came out of that process has survived two partner meetings without anyone catching it out.

I am warning other startup founders about QUBIT FINTECH - FZCO (Qubit Capital).

They simply do not keep their word. In August 2025, I paid $4,563.00 USD under a contract that guaranteed a full refund if they failed to deliver results. They completely broke the contract, failed to deliver any value, and are now refusing to honor their agreement while withholding my funds.

I have escalated this case to Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and a formal fraud dispute has been raised through my bank.

Be extremely cautious with this company. They will promise anything to get your money, but they break their contract and disappear when they fail to deliver. Look for reliable alternatives.

In response to the company’s reply: Do not mislead the public. My claim is not about investors deciding not to invest. My claim is strictly about the guaranteed money-back refund that you offer, for which I hold irrefutable documentary evidence of your breach of contract. I am not the only one. Instead of taking responsibility, you hide behind administrative technicalities to withhold my funds.

Qubit has made investor outreach a breeze for a first-time entrepreneur like me. Jay Bhavsar, our outreach partner from Qubit, has been phenomenal at iteratively matching us against investor lists, giving us unbiased feedback & support on pitch decks, financial models, and outreach drafts, and persistently reaching out to investors, tweaking the approach until it worked. It would have taken me a lot longer to reach so many investors on my own. Jay has also been a strong supporter at investor meetings, providing us with valuable guidance.
