Our experience with the Qubit team has been excellent. They are highly professional, attentively listen to our needs, and provide well-considered advice. Their methodical approach, disciplined process, and effective time management make the entire process smooth and efficient. Communication is also strong, with timely updates keeping us informed. Working with them feels like collaborating with an extension of our own team.

Qubit has taken a broad brush approach to finding capital for the development of our tchnology, contacting venture capital groups, family trusts and potential future acquisition partners. I also love the fact that I am represented on every introductory call that they set up.

The team was supportive, patient, and provided substantive backup with sound knowledge of financial tools that helped when meeting with potential investors. They were able to provide a steady stream of investors and scheduled appointments in a timely manner. They were easy to communicate with, were responsive and encouraging. It was a pleasure working with the Qubit team!

Its been quite sometime collaborating with Qubit Capital and I must say their skilled team facilitated networking with best investors for my startup. Thorough support and directions helped me in every step.

We experienced so far all the way from prep of documents, of mailing list, to 1st and 2nd meetings. So far it has been really outstanding for what we could see and experience e.g. seveal meetings organised, prompt follow up, and lot of time saved on our side so that we can focus on running the start up. We cannot comment yet on the next phases.

We have been working with Qubit for a few months now to assist me as we seek investment. I was approached by a few similar outfits, and most couldn't back up what they offered with testimonials / references, but Qubit could.

In a challenging climate for funding, they have already arranged several investor calls with credible investors. Whilst at the time of writing we haven't found the perfect partner yet, Qubit have made every effort and have a credible network of investors.

They are also willing to align their outcomes to your success by making most of their fees contingent upon whether you obtain the funding.

They have achieved several positive outcomes as the video testimonials on their website show.

If you don't have the bandwidth to grow your business AND run a fundraise, these guys are hard-working and genuine partners, and well worth at least having a discussion with.

This company is a fraud just as the other 1 stars say. They are also MAJOR SPAMMERS!! real companies do not market by spamming you over and over. Also, look at the 5 star reviews, they're obviously fakes!!

I was contacted by Qubit Capital reportedly based in India, with the offer to support my company's fundraising efforts. After a few background checks, I have decided against proceeding with them.

Our experience was very similar to the one detailed by Arnaud below. They got in touch with my cofounder and kept pushing us to pay to access their warm network. Every time we asked for details about their network, they would get very defensive. In the end we decided not to pay them and went with a local vendor. This was sometime ago. What prompted us to leave a review/warning here was that one of their ex employee(?) mailed us this week asking us to stay away from qubit. Apparently all the 5 star reviews have been posted by the company itself and they don’t have a warm network of investors. They seem to be looking to make some quick bucks any which way. Pay them only if you are willing to lose your money.

They are the real deal!

Quibit had brought perhaps 25 investors to our Pre-A Round with several of them moving to a second stage. I have had nothing but clear and respectful communication from the Qubit team and I would not hesitate to recommend them for what they advertise to do - promote your start up investment opportunity to other potential investors - and IF an investor is interested, set up the initial pitch meeting. I have had about 15 such meetings with great feedback and fit from all investors to whom I was connected. They didn't give up either - they kept the outreach going and continued to bring in investors to help us close out our round. Raising money is difficult and takes tremendous effort and I appreciate having a partner in Qubit to assist me. If you hire them or any firm thinking it will be easy or fast, you will be disappointed, as I've seen a few reviews posted here. Just because you company wasn't funded as fast as you wanted does not make Qubit a "scam" - they do not guarantee funding success - only outreach effort to targeted investors. If you want a more aggressive approach / representative, you'll have to pay $20,000 or more retainer to get it. Qubit has never mishandled my email or information, to my knowledge, and as been honest and respectful in all areas of the relationship for over 4 months. I hope others would have an equally good experience with a capital partner.

STAY AWAY! ITS AN ELABORATE SCAM. In August 2023, their founder and so called "investment strategists" pushed me hard to pay them $3500 for introductions to their "warm investor relationships". Its been 5 months now and not one introduction has come through. They initially kept deferring me asking me to wait as they were working on my deal. Then they said and I quote " your transaction has no demand". Since then, they have been ignoring my emails and messages. I am a small operation with very few resources, and I told them so, yet they continued to ignore my pleas for a refund (even a partial one). I do not have the resources to hire lawyers, and am resorting to Trust pilot to warn others of Qubit Capital and it's founders and employees.

Obtained my email address without my permission and spammed my email multiple times. I can see they are based in India and are pitching my company fund raising services.

The capitalqubitcore.com domain forwards to the actual qubit.capital website which makes sense seeing they are using a common unethical method of email spamming.

If you are considering working with Qubit Capital please keep in mind these shady tactics used by the company and consider how that might reflect their operations in general.
