David undertook an EPC on our property and provided an outstanding service. He is without a doubt and expert in his field and his knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. David came to our home to carry out EPC assessment on behalf of our landlady for her to be able to conform with the new Renters’ Rights Act 2026.
He arrived at the appointed time, explained what was involved and then went about his work in a professional manor.
Following his visit and within 24 hours he sent a link to our landlady and ourselves, so we could gain access to the online EPC rating.
I would have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone who was thinking of using him in the future.

David completed an EPC on the house with a very short timescale from contact, which was great. He was very knowledgeable and had lots of relevant experience to aid his survey to be conducted in an informed professional way. David was a very pleasant chatty person and the time spent completing the survey and logging the data should have been at a higher cost than charged. Very reasonable indeed, and would recommend him without hesitation.

I wanted a clear-eyed, unvarnished view of whether an air source heat pump could really work in our home, even if the answer was not what I wanted to hear. It seemed far better to make a small investment in proper assessment than to install a system that might never perform as hoped.
