Really impressed with the support from Quidos. Recently I had a fairly awkward property where I wanted to make sure everything was being entered correctly under RdSAP 10, and the advice Nick gave was spot on.

He didn’t just send back a generic response either, he actually took the time to properly look into it and explain the reasoning behind it, which was genuinely helpful. With how detailed conventions and audits are becoming now, having knowledgeable people on the QA side who are approachable and willing to help makes a huge difference.

I’ve also had amazing support from Shay. He’s always super quick to reply, and whenever I’ve entered something incorrectly into the software or had an error code come up, he’s sorted it quickly and explained the reasoning behind it as well.

Credit where it’s due, the support from both of them has been excellent.

I cant fault Quidos at all. The main reason i moved to them was because of their fee structure and how much it would save me compared to other accreditation schemes. I was dubious when moving over at first but took the plunge and wish i had done it sooner. The QA team are brilliant and especially Nick at present. I have fired him a few queries recently and had a response the same aftrenoon. This enabling me to still get my EPCs out efficiently without delay.

Great experience with Quidos completing my DEA and RA training. The team were very helpful (especially Lorna), responsive, and efficient throughout, always quick to answer any questions and provide support when needed. The software was also very easy to use, which made completing the assessments much more straightforward. Overall, a smooth and well‑managed process – I’d highly recommend them

I’ve been an energy Assessor since 2007 and I’ve been accredited with several different Accreditation companies in that time ironically Quidos were my first Accreditation and I initially left them after the first couple of years to go to another Accreditation however after having two or three different Accreditation companies I can honestly say Quidos without doubt the best Accreditation company, the most helpful and the most knowledgeable, they do things properly which intern makes you a better Energy Assessor, for me they are the market leaders when it comes to domestic energy assessment Accreditation

I have been completing the DEA training course and wanted to relay that I thought the online delivery of my training was excellent - My trainer, Hasan was a very knowledgeable chap, who broke down information into easy to digest chunks, always elaborated on difficult topics with examples, illustrations and case study examples. Nice chilled, open and informational learning environment as well! Top notch trainer, highly recommend!

I recently qualified as a DEA & Retrofit Assessor, and after some research into the accreditation schemes, I decided Quidos was the way to go !

Definitely feel I made the right choice, staff have been incredibly helpful and professional to say the least, Beatrice, Isabel & Billy 10/10 "BRILLIANT".

The system is well thought out,logical and user friendly. If your looking for a scheme to register with, I would highly recommended this company 100%. great experience so far !

I recently had to undergo training to become a qualified DEA. Quidos sent out a very knowledgeable and friendly member of staff to train myself and 3 other colleagues. It was a 3-day course that explained how to produce an effective EPC for any property. I learnt a lot and the instructor was fantastic. If you are thinking about becoming a DEA, I would highly recommend Quidos!

I have recently started using Quidos for NDEPC lodgements. Their technical support team are easy to contact, efficient and helpful.
The training team are excellent too giving lots of useful advice.

Been with Quidos for a year now and spoke to Lorna today who was very helpful in the support providing ample information and help. Could not be more thankful.

I have been working with Quidos since obtaining my DEA/RA qualification last year, which I also completed through their training. Throughout this time, I received positive feedback and professional support from the team at Quidos.

Most recently, I was instructed to carry out an Energy Performance Certificate assessment on a property that presented certain issues prior to my inspection. I conducted the assessment thoroughly and received comprehensive guidance from Quidos to ensure the report met the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Just finished my DEA course with Quidos. The on-line course was a really positive experience, the communication and support from Lorna was professional both before, after the course. Feedback from assessors was fair, and timely.

The EPC surveyor had an unbelievably awful bereavement the day after inspecting my house with me. His email is down and I do not want to call him again. I told Quidos and offered to send them photos, plans and any evidence of the insulation I installed so they could complete an EPC. I trained as a Quantity surveyor years ago and was taught to work out u values so I am competent. They flatly refused and offered to give me the details of another assessor.

I have undertaken training with Quidos. It was a DEA course conducted online with other participants. The trainer, Hasan Arif, was excellent and engaging with all of us. Very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. It was better than expected. I highly recommend Quidos. Thanks Hasan.

Following the move from our former accreditation body, we have found Quidos to be a very good company to work with making the transition as smooth as possible. There were some initial hiccups with a confusion over CPD requirement dates that have since been ironed out. It has been refreshing to receive a straight answer to our technical queries in a timely manner the majority of the time. Quidos have been transparent when they have had capacity issues, resulting in slightly longer response times, though these are still a fraction of the wait time we were experiencing before joining them. As a national EPC provider we produce a large number of lodged reports and now have the reassurance that Quidos is sufficiently auditing our work so that we can ensure we maintain the highest standard of work we always aim for. Our accounts manager at Quidos visited us for a couple of productive catch ups, though they have since left. During the period between this and their replacement we have felt very supported by Billy. We use Quidos for TM44, SBEM, RdSAP and DEC lodgements.

I had no experience, didn't know anything!!It took me over a month to complete the course and get my qualifications!!I have had serious health conditions,Quidos really helped me through it, helped me in every aspect!were very kind and understanding in regards to my condition.Whenever I called or emailed!
They responded with care, due and attention!!
I am not tech savy, you guys were really patient with me.. I would recommend to all!!
