Massage Chair Deals Reviews

Love the strong deep massage with plenty of pre program le options. I bought this Osaki OS-Highpointe 4D Massage Chair because it can accommodate my husband's height 6.1". Don't fret when you use it for the very first time, you'll get used to it after a week and can adjust the strength manually. I use it everyday; in the morning, after a workout, a hot bath and sometimes for stretching. Yes it stretches you good. Lol never thought that this is even possible. Ingenious mechanics at work indeed. Love it.

very happy customer. they had great selection and prices. delivery was smooth and easy. the delivery team was efficient and professional. if I ever bought another chair I would use this company.

I was not in the market for a chair, as I already have an Infinity SmartChair, but was looking for some additional model details/information after misplacing my manual. I was connected to a fantastic customer service representative who was very helpful and responsive, despite my not being a potential customer. I did not purchase my model directly through this company but Keith was still willing to take his time to direct me to other resources. When it's time to upgrade, I'll certainly be reaching out. Thank you for your great support and assistance.

I love my chair...customer service was outstanding...Cant say enough about it...Stay in it all nite. Just relaxing

Great communication providing guidance when delivery would arrive. Perfect point to point sale to installation process

Top-notch sales support! Everything about the entire process was very smooth, and I would highly recommend it. The chair that we got is out of this world and the entire family absolutely loves it!

A Game Changer in Our Home!
I recently purchased the Osaki OS Pro DuoMax 4D Massage Chair, and I couldn’t be more impressed! This chair has completely elevated our relaxation experience, and everyone in the house is obsessed with it.

Here are a few reasons why this chair stands out:
1. Dual Roller Mechanism: This is a game changer! The precision and effectiveness of the rollers provide an incredible, deep massage that feels just like professional hands.
2. Premium Materials: The quality of the materials is outstanding. Everything feels durable and luxurious, adding a touch of sophistication to our space.
3. Heated Cores & Heated Shawl: These features are perfect for relaxing sore muscles, especially after a long day. The warmth is soothing and makes the massage even better.
4. Bluetooth Spa Music: Being able to connect my phone via Bluetooth is such a nice touch as well as built in wireless charger. It really enhances the whole relaxation experience.
5. Reclining Feature: The ability to tilt back so far is amazing. It allows you to find the perfect position for total comfort and relaxation.

As someone who deals with extremely sore and tight muscles on a daily basis, this chair has been a lifesaver. It has significantly eased my tension and helped me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable overall.

This massage chair has quickly become a daily staple in our household, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments we’ve made. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate – you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome massage chair. Very comfortable and relaxing. Love the different levels of intensity and the auto mode gives you great massage experiences to choose from. Would definitely recommend!!

We absolutely love this massage chair. We tried a similar one on our anniversary trip to Vegas. We purchased the white glove service and it was worth every penny. The communication, set up and clean up was professional and super easy. The chair takes up about as much space as a leather recliner. I love that since I was concerned that it would take over our bedroom. My hubby is 6’2, 260 pounds and a former football player. He loves the high intensity. I’m 5’6, 230 pounds and I like that I can reduce the intensity. I often sit on a small throw pillow when I’m in the chair since my lower back is sensitive and that does the trick. The arm massager and the heated shawl are my favorite features. We also received the eye massager. The relaxing music makes it feel like you are in a spa. Hubby uses the chair to wind down after work. I use it in the morning to ease into my day. We have had it for about a month. The color is beautiful and fits our decor. It’s worth every penny. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

great customer service and an awesome chair

Great communication leading up to and during the purchase transaction. Delivery was seamless and the grade 'A' chair I ordered was in fact grade 'A'! All the features are truly amazing and finding the options for programing the massages benificial. Satisfied customer!

Our chair is beyond our best expectations. We each use it everyday. My back is the best its ever been in twenty five years. My wife loves it as much as I do. Everything works flawlessly and it has since day one. Ours was delivered and set up for a small additional fee of under two hundred dollars. I love it when guests come and try it, everyone loves it.

I bought a pre-owned Kyota massage chair. It exceeded all expectations above and beyond. However, it was missing a piece for attaching the footrest. I called Massage Chair Deals to inform them. They very courteously handled my request and sent out the items I needed. There was even a follow up email to make sure I received the item. Great Service!

I’m so pleased with both the massage chair and the service I received. I placed the order by phone and really appreciated the sales rep I worked with. The price was competitive and I’m so glad I ordered the white glove service too. Even then, the set up was a bit difficult for the delivery guy. Be sure you check their work carefully!

Easy to order. Helpful with selection and great product!!!

It's a legitimate company, in case you're wondering lol.
I got the chair I wanted for half the price, and I have been using it everyday. I strongly recommend that you do pay the extra couple bucks for the delivery and assembly.

The customer service was great. Guided me to the chair for me. Answered all my questions in a timely manner

Love the convenience of having a massage chair at home, don't know how I lived without it. Chair was heavy but straightforward to assemble. It took about 1.5 weeks from the time of order to arrive.

These guys did a great job of recommending a chair that I now use regularly. Shipping was quick and they kept me informed.

I'm so happy that I purchased the Emperor Massage Chair. It was one of the best investments for my wellness. I was dealing with a lot of muscle tension in my back and neck and just did not have the time to schedule a monthly massage. Now that I have my personal massage chair, I can get massages everyday. My muscles have loosened tremendously and I feel so much relaxed. I really love the neck massage. It actually feels like a person's hand is pressing into the side of my neck. I have told all my family and friends about my wonderful chair and have definitely referred them to Massage Chair Deals to purchase a massage chair.
