No product and zero communication
Ordered at the start of the month, now the 25th and nothing. Emailed several times and zero reply. Said despatch with 14 working days, we are now on 16. Absolutely terrible customer service! If I could simply get an answer I will delete this review

I have had another hammock hanging…
I have had another hammock hanging chair stand fail tonight from the four purchased from this company via eBay. After the first failure in which I questioned the quality, Massive discounts supplied a replacement part for the chair without any question. When the second stand failed in exactly the same place with the same fault I was accused of overloading and misusing the stand, it was communicated that as they had sold lots of this item and I was the only customer with a failure it was my fault. I asked if I could pay for a replacement part to be able to use the stand I punchers; but was refused. Tonight a third failure had occurred in the same part, rear support metal around the welded bracket which resulted in the user dropping from height and causing a spinal injury.
I would advise any customer who has purchased this product to not use and contact Massive discounts for advice.
I questioned the quality and suitability of this product after the first failure but was not acknowledged.
I have requested the design, load baring and testing data for this product to pursue my claim that as the metal has torn where the rear bracket is welded on three occasions that this product is not fit for purpose,and it’s use represents a serious safety concern.
I appreciate that this is an imported product from china, resold to. Uk customers buy it should be legally compliant with uk standards.

Ordered an L shaped wooden bar
Ordered an L shaped wooden bar. Slight delay in arriving had to chase order. Upon putting the bar together I was supplied with instructions for a different kit! It was like doing a jigsaw with no photo of the jigsaw! 😆 The quality of said bar is what I describe as rustic and not very refined but to be honest it’s ok. Definitely not worth the full price.

Great price and service, can't fault them.

I give a star for customer service…
I give a star for customer service support. I bought a bunk bed for kids which was advertised as coming with mattress. It didn't and when I contacted them, they said it was their mistake and I should return and they will refund. In my opinion, because it was their fault, they could offer to send us the mattress or a discount to buy them. I ended up keeping the bed because kids were disappointed if sent back and spending lot more on new mattresses.
