Excellent
I purchased two ceiling pendants from Mastertrade at a very competitive price. Delivery was very quick, items arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately I mismeasured the size of one of the pendants and had to return it - the cost was refunded within a couple of days. Very good products, very quick and polite response to my phone call with a query, excellent service all around. Will use Mastertrade again.

After the initial set up of the account (having to be part of a governed body i.e. the NICEIC)I have to say I can't see them being beat. Great prices and service. This should be the future to stop all cowboys and DIYers!

First class service in difficult circumstances.
There were problems with the couriers, APC, and then when I tried calling Mastertrade they were having serious issues with their telephone systems. An email got through and they were on the case immediately & the delivery arrived the next day. They turned it around with great service. I’ll use them again.
