From start to finish I was kept in the loop of what happens & when . I would highly recommend this company as my whole experience was hassle free . The installers turned up on time and were very polite & friendly . The standard of workmanship is excellent and they left no mess . Would also like to mention Stephanie Love who kept in touch to see that everything went to plan and called after the install to see if I was happy with the job . When the job was completed the company gifted me with a tub of celebrations & a thank you card , I must say this kind gesture was very much appreciated . I'm so glad I chose this company for my new boiler as they ensured everything was done to a very high standard & hassle free . Thank you matchless gas .

Brilliant service from matchless gas solutions

MGS attended to attempt to service my existing boiler. The operative ( who it transpired owned the company), was very honest and said it was beyond economical repair. He immediately contacted his office, confirmed a new boiler could be installed the next day and gave a very reasonable price including installation. I accepted, paid a 10% deposit and the next day the boiler was installed and is working perfectly. Also a maintenance contract has been arranged, again at a very reasonable cost. I’m happy to recommend MGS.

Everyone involved in the process was willing to help, discuss and explain clearly. No issues at all. Arrived when they said they would. Cleaned up afterwards.

Initial response from Michael was quick and the new boiler was fitted with the minimum of fuss, despite the need to remove the dishwasher. The new pipe work is so much more professional and tidier than before. I hadn’t realised it was such a mess! The guys did a great job as did the joiner and electrician. Frankly, the whole teamwork was excellent.

As expected, Matchless Gas gave an excellent service with friendly, helpful information. Thanks and see you next year.

Michael is a long term friend of mine from school, so when my mums boiler gave up just a month before Xmas, I knew Matchless Gas Solutions was who I had to call. Michael was out within a few days to have a look and organised a new boiler to be fitted within 2 weeks.

Beyond agreeing an installation date, my mum didn’t have to do a thing! Such a great service and delivered at a really great price. Daniel who did the install didn’t have it easy with wall conditions etc and was at it most of the day - but he stuck at it and endured the job got finished. Michael was quick to be in touch to make sure all was well.

Everything about the boiler replacement was professional and efficient - when times are hard and the cost of living is high a broken boiler is the last thing someone needs. But Michael and his team made it all really painless which was very much appreciated this time of year ☺️🎄

Got in touch with Michael when my boiler broke down. He was out to look at it straight away! I was given a few honest options and ultimately decided due to the age of the boiler and the work that would eventually need done, I opted for a new one. Can’t thank Matchless enough for how quickly and easy the whole process was. I wasn’t looking forward to the clean up afterwards but it wasn’t almost as if no one had been in my house!
I would recommend Matchless Gas Solutions to anyone looking for honest, great and efficient service!
