I cannot speak highly enough of the care and service provided by Mr Tonner (the owner of the business) and by Ms Wright (the office manager). I recommend this Company to everyone.

No complaints, excellent work

Matchless Gas Solutions went above and beyond with installing a new boiler. I contacted Michael when my mum urgently wanted her boiler replaced. He was very quick to respond and we managed to easily arrange a date, everything was flawless and I can't thank them enough for the job.

The engineers were very efficient and left everything clean and tidy I wasn’t able to work the controller but Michael was happy to drop in and do it for me

I contacted Michael at Matchless about an issue with our boiler. In the end I didn’t actually use matchless but the reason I felt obliged to write this review was due to the level of customer service I received even though it was only an enquiry I made. I discussed the issue with Michael and he immediately informed me that due to the age of my boiler and the issue with it, it would still be under warranty and to contact the company who installed it. I done this and it got sorted under my warranty as Michael said it would. This speaks volumes for Matchless as I personally feel a lot of companies wouldn’t of even informed me of this and as such would of done the work and charged me- which would of been fair as I contacted them. This is the sort of extra mile customer service which is extremely rare these days. I know for a fact if I have any issues not covered by a warranty in the future, Matchless will be the first company to get my business and I’ll always recommend them to anyone.

Messaged Michael and within an hour he was here and had my heating back on! Superstar. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Boiler replaced with minimum disruption. Really nice guys turned up punctually and the boiler was installed in one day. The electrician finished the job the following day.
I would recommend this company to anyone intending to replace their boiler.

The matchless gas solutions team were excellent from start to finish, all aspects of there handling of the job from office communication to completion of the work was first class. I wish more companies operated like they do

My boiler kept breaking down so I received a quote from Matchless to replace it, the quote was very reasonable and the guys came the following week to fit the new boiler. When the guys arrived they protected the carpets, kitchen floor & worktops etc. and proceeded to replace the boiler with minimal disruption, once it was fitted they went through how the new boiler worked, and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess.

The guys were very polite and knew what they were doing.

I would definitely recommend these guys, no problem.
