Really good company to deal with really…
Really good company to deal with really good prices, bought some Burberry stuff from them and had some issues with a return going missing with Royal Mail, they were really patient and eventually refunded the order once the parcel was found. Would definitely buy from them again.

Did have problem with courier but matrix sorted it fast
Bought a t shirt from matrix. courier lost it matrix got on to them and sorted out asap and refunded me as sold out of t shirt I wanted highly recommend them

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a Burberry tshirt which was not only faulty but I believe it was fake. The quality was so poor. Not like any other Burberry tshirt I’ve had.

I contacted the company via Instagram and chat about what I was after and they gave me the measurements I required, with loads of help and advice I told them about my previous items that were similar. I picked the size and ordered straight away with No hesitation. when it arrived tried it on and messaged to say I was so happy with my item. Don’t listen to other bad reviews there all rubbish, this was my first time ordering anything and tell you won’t be my last. Currently I’m in contact about more items.
