Fantastic service in store, always helpful. I’m actually out of Chiswick now but coming back there anytime I need new sunglasses! When order online, the items are shipped within 2 working days and normally with me next day, even though the websites states it takes 14 days (when you choose free delivery). Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent in every respect. I knew what frames I wanted and they were able to find them very quickly. They gave expert advice throughout in terms of specific details, particularly regarding lenses.
Based on the results of their eye examination, I was referred to an ophthalmologist, who remarked on the thoroughness of M&W's examination and advised that such an examination was more than sufficient for the annual eye examination my eyes require.

All this with great value, exceptional efficiency and great courtesy as well.

My glasses were shipped quickly, arrived well packaged and I'm a very happy customer. It's the third time I've bought glasses from M&W and would recommend.

I’ve been to many online retailers to try and sort getting my glasses right. By far the best experience I’ve had, after care is great! Also they have a store in Chiswick which also provides a wonderful service! Highly recommend

Was great service especially as my glasses were sold out for a good few months. Was kept continually informed and actually got offered a better nicer pair much earlier when they didn't have to do that.

Excellent service, these guys are the best my family have been using them for Many years ordering our prescription glasses. I am always kept well informed from the beginning to end. The products and price are always great, I found some Chrome Hearts glasses on there they had in stock and received them next day. Why wait for 12 days before your order can be shipped i this this is madness

Ive had two pairs of Cutler & Gross glasses (one sunglasses / one Glasses) and Ive had great service from the Maverick&Wolf Chiswick branch, I originally went into Cutler & Gross in Knightsbridge and their prices were over the top - I found Maverick & Wolf after a Google search and immediately saved 75.00 on my first pair - service has been excellent and I think they deserve a good review for it. tomorrow I go in to buy my third pair......excellent!
