Untrustworthy
Never again! I have a higher end vehicle with black lug caps on each wheel. I had 1 missing when I arrived, I specifically checked before I left my home as tire shops always seem to lose them. Car was delivered back with 5 missing lug caps! Attendant tried to tell me it came in missing a couple. Well, even giving the benefit of the doubt that I can't see or count, a couple is TWO not FOUR! No wonder their lot is always empty!

I had an appointment scheduled to fix a flat tire
I had an appointment scheduled to service one of the flat tires. I showed up at my appointment exactly at 9am and was the first customer at the shop and was told that I would need to wait for a long time for them to look at the tire and that I was 3rd in line. It only takes 10 minutes to look at the tire but no one cared about my appointment and honoring it. I had to leave the shop and take a risk driving my car back home. Terrible customer service and I would never come back to this shop for any service. The shop just lost another customer. I would not recommend this store for any car service needs if they can’t even fix a tire on the scheduled appointment.
