Booked a trip to Italy through Max travel. This was my first trip overseas and the trip went down smoothly with no hiccups. Communication between Max Travel and myself was seamless from the planning to questions while I’m on the trip. The recommended trip experience in itself was out of this world. It was great value for money too! I’d recommend Max travel to anyone travelling abroad.

On very short notice and due to special leave and personal considerations, my wife and I decided 3 weeks before our actual leave that we wanted to go on holiday with our 6 month old baby daughter.

17 emails, 84 whatsapps and 1 phone call later Erin and the team made it possible! We are going to Mauritius and what was once a dream will now become reality!

Erin had to be very patient with me because we kept changing our minds and the details around our trip, flight times, budget, dates etc. Not once did I get the feeling that we are asking too much or being too pedantic about stuff. With this trip being our first trip as parents we had so many requests etc that I thought we must be terrible customers, but Max Travel went out of their way to find something that we thought was almost impossible but also very special.

They came in within budget and we were bargaining on settling for a 4star resort but somehow they were able to offer us an irresistable deal for a 5star resort instead.

Erin tailored the whole trip around our specific needs and the booking, payment and confirmation went so smoothly my 6month old could almost have done it herself.

I can highly recommend Max Travel to anyone who is considering doing a trip, you will only experience professional service of the highest standards and they will go the extra mile for their customers.

Erin was as always brilliant with helping us plan our recent trip to Thailand.
