On or about 07/28/26, I placed an order with Maya & Henry. Order # 96133. Items arrived but I have to say, they advertised as being pure gold. It is not. Although the jewelries looks nice, the weight was too light to be gold. Even the pearl earrings appeared to be hollow. The beaded ankle bracelet was too flimsy, it broke. I emailed them and got a response from them saying they would replace it. Never heard from them. I kept emailing them for a refund, comes back as undeliverable, yet I continue to get solicited email from them to place more orders. Do not buy from these couple.

Its cheap Temu jewellery.. scam just like the other one shutting down.. Rubbish

THEY ARE EVEN MORE PATHETIC THEN BEFORE.MAYA STILL CLAIMS THAT IT REAL GOLD, HOWEVER NOW THEY GOT THIS GIRL IN ONE OF THEIR ADS WHO SAYS SHE DID NOT BUY FOR A LONG TIME BECAUSE IT SOUNDED TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. (GIRL, IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE) SHE THEN GOES ON TO SAY THAT SHE FINALLY DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY, AND WHEN SHE RECIEVE THE JEWELRY SHE COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS. THEN SHE GOES ON TO SAY (MAY NOT BE EXACT WORDS) """THAT SHE CANNOT BELIEVE THAT SHE GOT THIS BEAUTIFUL 18K GOLDPLATED FOR THAT PRICE.""" WELL, THEY FINALLY ADMIT TO GOLDPLATED ( I TRIED TO TELL YOU ALL THAT IT IS NOT REAL GOLD AS MAYS KEEPS CLAIMING ) HOWEVER SHE ALSO GOES TO SHOW YOU A NECKLACE YHAT WAS ORIGINALLY $250 THAT NOW ONLY COSTS A FRACTION OF THAT PRICE. ANYONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT JEWELRY KNOWS THAT GOLDPLATED NOT GOLD AT ALL AND NO MATTER HOW NICE THE PIECE OF JEWELRY IS GOLDPLATED IS NEVER EVER WORYH $250. SO. THERE HOES THE 80% OFF. I received all my jewelry from Maya & Henry; the jewelry is not make 14k or 10k for gold and no 925; however, I'm happy with the jewelry that I got.

Omg i have just purchased a bracelet and heard its a scam and all you get is rubbish. If you receive it at all. I actually haven't received my order yet if ever. I am really worried now I have heard that its a total scam and will lose my money. I did pay by card

Maya Henry Jewelry is a SCAM. Jewelry is NOT pure gold. Return policy is that you keep item(s) you want to return for a replacement of equal value or a 50 percent credit. That is a SCAM too. I requested a replacement item of equal value to what I did not want, just to be told there would be an additional $10 charge! STAY AWAY FROM MAYA HENRY JEWELRY!!!

I read that they were closing down and so selling their jewelry at reduced prices. I imagine the "sale" will be on for some time. I bought several items, but they don't look like the ones on the website. Sadly, they don't look as substantial.

This website is completely created by artificial intelligence. There is no such people as Maya and Henry. You will not get your jewelry. If you do it will not be as described.
