Thought I was supporting a local Sedona artist. Turns out the website uses a stock photo, no Vera, and jewelry is mass produced and shipped from Hong Kong. Scam! Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 bracelets 15 days ago and their tracking info hasnt changed a bit, basically shows it coming from Hong Kong!.made in the USA is a lie, everything they've told me so far has been a lie, it does not provide any actual tracking info at all..probably be some foreign junk when I do get them. Save yourself a headache and dont order them!

Although the design is really beautiful - wearing it is a real issue. This review is for a man's copper bracelet.
The bracelet arrived today carefully packed. The bracelet is not linked, that is, you have to figure that out for yourself with the use of a mysterious gadget with a screw in pin. NO Instructions included.
I was hoping that the bracelet once assembled would have a clap. It appears it does not.
I have sent an email to the maker - so far no response.
Assembled, it is now too small to be worn, as it will not fit over my hand and onto my wrist. Deeply disappointed with this product. Great workmanship absolutely let down by its lack of practicality.

I ordered several bracelets thinking they were coming from Sedona. It’s now been almost a month and I still haven’t received. They are being shipped from China. The tracking number is a joke and customer service is nonexistent. A real scam. Why is something made in Sedona coming from China and taking a month!

this has simply been an easy product to enjoy. Comfortable fit attractive design and quality that feels genuine. I'd happily buy another piece.

I ordered a bracelet because I wanted to try copper for my joints and it said they are handmade in Sedona. Eight days ago I got an email that my bracelet is on the way. I just checked the tracking and it’s in China. So I guess they’re not handmade in Sedona. No response from the company.

I fell for the touching internet ad but this company is a
SCAM! My order took over three weeks to arrive even though we live less than an hour from Sedona,They never provided a tracking number that worked, they sent a different item not the item I ordered and even though this is their fault they won’t pay the return postage. Their stories from Customer Service constantly change as to what they can do and offer, etc. BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

This is a scam. Product advertised from the US in Arizona but ships from China. I’ve messaged chat and email and get no response. Do not buy from this company. Huge scam!

I noticed I was sleeping more comfortably after about ten days of wearing it. Could be coincidence but it was enough for me to keep wearing it. Either way I love how it looks.

The first thing I noticed was the craftsmanship. Clean edges nice finish and a comfortable fit right out of the box.

I bought the ring mainly because I wanted something simple that I could wear daily. It has held up beautifully and still looks great despite constant wear. The craftsmanship is much better than I expected at this price point. It feels like a piece I'll keep for years.

My order took a very long time to arrive, could not be tracked and once it did arrive it was not from Sedona, AZ. The two items I ordered were never received but two items I did not order came. Customer Service refuses to send the correct order and are requesting I pay $9.95 per item to get the order shipped with no guarantee it will be correct.

Not hand made in Sedona Az. Shipped from Jamaica NY, and product came from Asia. Total scam.

Negative stars - a total scam rip off.
We hastily ordered two bracelets after a little wine, and after a bit of a dive found no Sedona address, no Sedona phone number, no Sedona Vera. When questioned the company’s responses went from “ you must be mistaken, Vera makes them all by hand here in Sedona” to basically, ok, you got us, they’re made “internationally” (China) and were “ inspired” by the idea of Sedona.
Gimme an effin break. We got the charge cancelled with our cc company, but Vera’s still won’t provide a return address. AI generated Vera and BS generated business.

So far I just realized this is coming from China and not Sedona. I got taken by the sweet advertisement. I have not yet received the product but so far it is a complete lie. Buy from someone on Etsy who is actually making handmade things. The internet is absolutely full of BS.

I ordered a bracelet and a ring on May 16th, after many emails checking on the shipping process as it always said, "in transit" I finally received my jewelry June 16th, 31 days later! The company is NOT based in Sedona, AZ I doubt that nice lady "Vera" shown in the ads even exists! The jewelry is sent from Hong Kong and I hope it is really copper! Buyer beware!

This merchant's online purchasing tool auto-loaded the wrong shipping and billing address for me, despite the fact that I manually corrected both. I hit "Purchase" with the correct addresses displayed then received an email from Vera's Copper indicating that they used the auto-loaded wrong address despite my manual corrections. I then wrote an email to the company explaining the problem and requesting cancellation and a full refund -- because their online tool created an address that does not exist. They nevertheless shipped out the item -- to the fictitious address -- then wrote to me to say that it's too late to cancel now that the item is in transit (to an address that does not exist). I requested a full refund in writing 3x, each time explaining that I would not receive the item owing to the non-existent address that their tool created. Each time, I was thanked for my email but nevertheless told to wait for the item to arrive -- an impossibility -- then to return it if I wished to do so. This, despite the fact that I will have nothing to return. Order #23161.

First of all this company is not based in the USA as proclaimed on their site, the product comes from China. Apart from that, the quality is bad, within a week the color faded, it was clearly plated, had nothing to do with real copper (in my case at least). Would not recommend.

Ordered a bracelet for my mom for mother's day on May 7th. It still hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed customer service, and they told me they were sorry but to wait another 48 hours and check again. I waited 4 days and still nothing. They asked if I wanted to wait or for a refund, and they sent me a link to view my order, it was aomeone elses tracking #. I sent them an email back and told them that wasnt my order, I waited another day and then just told them to give me a refund. Now they come back today and say they can't give a refund due to "internal policies". DONT BUY! Its obviously a scam website. They say it's made in Arizona, but everything looks to be coming from overseas.
