Map pin code
I accidently bought the wrong map version. I contacted them through whatsapp and within minutes everything was sorted out!
They gave me a new code which is tied to the vin of my car without having to purchase the code a second time!

Fast and professional AMG menu activation - excellent service
I had an excellent experience with MB Tools Team! Ross helped me quickly and professionally to activate the AMG menu in my C-Class (W204) instrument cluster – the whole process took just a few minutes. I have a E220
I have a E220. W212. 2015 and I bought a Car play software from this guys but I couldn’t make it myself so Ross was so helpful and did all through his laptop from a distance. All was spot one. I’m really recommend this guys, they know what they doing and do it perfectly. Once again thank you guys.

I have 2013 W166 ML250 and was keen to…
I have 2013 W166 ML250 and was keen to update my map, this was a Saturday morning in Australia.
I decided to contact MBTools to ask about when the next Map update may released!
And given MBTools are European based I didn’t expect a reply until the following Monday, however to my surprise I received a reply within 25 minutes 😀.
I got the answer I needed, so then I followed the instructions selected the MapUpdate based on my VIN, proceeded my pin request, downloaded the application and then the MapUpdate.
It all worked like a dream, the whole process was so simple to follow, I had my map version 4.12 to version 11 installed and running in a few hours. 👍🫶
