McAMS Reviews

We have been working with McAMS for a couple of years. They offer both us and our customers the best option in dealing with non fault accident claims. We recommend their services to all our customers.

This review is on behalf of all our satisfied customers at Doble Motorcycles. Our customers are always shocked at how little they need to do as McAMS take care of everything giving the customer one point of contact for every aspect of their claim. Thoroughly recommended.

This service has been a great benefit to my customers and family members.

The customer is always looked after with a like for like vehicle and replacement helmet and for me the added bonus of customer retention and the satisfaction in having been involved in recommending the service is great! Not to mention the quick full payment of our invoices, something no other similar business or insurance company can match!

My rep, Marco Oliveira is always on the end of the phone to assist and visits regularly to ensure we are promoting the service in the best way possible.

Dealt with a few Accident Management companies over the years and McAMS are by far the most helpful, friendly and fastest out there. Always make the process easy with no hassle, prompt and efficient which makes dealing with them a privilege, be mad not to take advantage of their service and skills, thanks.

MCAMS is the best accident management company. One call to their professional staff starts of a chain of events that sees you through from pick-up to being back on the road again in super-quick time. Their friendly staff look after the customers and make our admin as easy as possible. Our area rep, Marco Oliveira, is on hand to help with any query we may have. All in all a great company.

Mcams provide a first class service to there customers, to which there isn`t any service in the industry to compete.
No hassle, just one telephone call from our customers and mcams do the rest.
Our rep Marco Oliveira, visits on a regulars basis to update and make sure everything is running smoothly, you don`t get that sort of service these days.
In our experience most of if not all mcams competitors dont provide as nearly as good no hassle service.
Why wouldnt you take up mcams free service.

the customer was very well looked after and we were paid very well for all the work .

I submitted my first referral to Mcams in July this year.
The service and invoice payments were prompt and efficient.
My customer is being well looked after and both he and myself have been very satisfied with the whole process.
Keep up the good work,

McAms offer a brilliant ,hassle free service to me and my customers, they take the customers problems on board in a really professional way ,and in many of my cases they have gone out of there way to help the customer get a good outcome to a very depressing situation .

I have dealt with McAMS on my occasions for various different reasons and have always found the company and everyone involved in it to be very professional and easy to work with. Attention to detail and customer service appears to be a very important aspect of the company. I have recommended McAMS in the past and will continue to recommend them in the future. Good work guys and long may our relationship continue.
