Molly Mcshane and Adam Moore are specifically unprofessional. Record your calls. Horrendous company. They conclude annual reviews saying payments won’t change only to retrospectively revisit the concluded review, they chase 50% monies (extra earnings) like you have a secret stash, and when asked about procedures and why a concluded review and monthly payment is now being changed they claim multiple departments are involved and that the concluded reviews are somehow separate from extra earnings outstanding. They will conclude your review as “payments remain the same moving forward” and a different member of staff will say that’s true but a lump sum is due on top. Very stressful. Very complicated. Expenditure reports look to be hot air. Breaches are threatened. I think bankruptcy would be easier.

The info by the team was easy to understand, easy to follow and they made everything clear throughout the whole process.

They had a few Services I could follow and my solution of IVA was the correct one for me.

From the first call to the last was perfect I did originally contact a different company first who messed me about took weeks to get answers told them where to go got in contact with these as I really wanted to get my debt sorted and within a space of a couple weeks everything was in place and presto sorted couldn’t ask for better
