Hi I just wanted to pass on some positive feedback about Roisin. I spoke with her yesterday and she was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly, patient and really knowledgeable, and she made sure I understood everything clearly.

It's rare to get such helpful and genuine customer service, and she made the whole experience very easy and stress-free. Shes a real credit to your team, and I think she deserves recognition for the great jobs shes doing.

Very good service and understanding

Absolute amazing company, 5 years ago I was spiralling in debt upto £13k. I didn't think there was a way out ,these guys changed that ,set up easily and no problems what so ever , within 5 years I stuck to my payment plan and now have a half decent credit rating. Can't recommend them enough

At that time didn't know what way to go but they took Their time explaining my options and set the plan up and got in touch with my debtors and helped me a lot along the process. Would highly recommend.

I had a billing issue and after going around the houses a little bit, I came into contact with Aina/Anya (apologies for spelling). She was very helpful, polite and made the resolution process straightforward, I'm happy with the result and that we've managed to solve the issue before it would have become a formal complaint.

Today I spoke with a gentleman called Patrick Healy and what an amazing advisor you have here, Patrick was polite and understanding, I didn’t feel judged or frightened to speak about my finances and he gave me some great advice, highly recommend speaking with him if you are nervous like I was. Taking the decision to ask for help to sort out debts is overwhelming but the team at NDR were fantastic. They were supportive, very reassuring and offered help and guidance to start the journey.
Yes you will have monthly fees but for me they were a small price to pay to be shielded from dealing with numerous creditors and having everything co ordinated on my behalf. When they take you through annual review they are realistic about outgoings and income, so you are repaying what you can afford.

NDR took note of who and how much was owed and then proceeded to deal with them and ensure all actions against were stopped and repayed over time
