Product is perfect, however the Low star is for the Delivery charges which are ridiculous. €80 delivery and I live local.

I retrieved my original order of Mountcharles Sandstone Stoneer Cladding in a timely manner, the product was of good quality and my stone mason was happy. I subsequently ran an out of stone and reordered, 6 weeks later no stone. I've followed up every week told numerous times it would be due next week, still no stone. Got through to Sham on the sales team and can’t recommend him highly enough a lifesaver. we were a bit late getting on to them for a delivery of pea gravel for an upcoming event, we asked a lot of him but he still managed to over deliver, top service and most definitely will be using there services in the future!

I have dealt with this company on a few occasions in recent years. I have found their staff to be helpful and efficient and I have been very pleased with the stone products I have ordered.

Shyam was extremely helpful and advised us well with choosing our stone.

Paving arrived as described. Only thing I would like to company improve is communication. I had to make a few phone calls as says in stock but no sign of it after two weeks.

Ordered online, fast delivery, nice slabs , 5 mm difference in thickness which caused a lot of problems when laying, half the batch was 22mm thick, and half at 27mm, after reply from mcmonagle stone saying slabs are 22mm and 24mm, i invite them to come to my home and see for themselves

Called in and spoke with lovely gentleman called Shyam and he couldn’t have been more helpful with my request.
Small as my request was his work ethic and professionalism was outstanding.
When in the market for stone I won’t be passing McMonagle.

At the Donegal branch of McMonagle I found a warm welcome and a highly professional assistance from the manager Shyam Tyer. His patience and knowledge made me feel that my building project is in good hands.

I rang the Dublin on office for a quote on kerbing and granite steps on 2nd April and have been ringing every week to go ahead and order the stone. They keep telling me that they will ring back and take order but it never happens. Very bad attitude on the phone. Didn’t think it would be that hard to spend €3500!!

In my role as Architect and builder, I have worked with McMonagle Stone on several projects. They have provided stone lintels, sills and bespoke stair treads. Their communication has been excellent, the product delivered on time, and workmanship consistently of a high quality. A great resource to have near by.

Poor. Paid for stone cut to a specific size. Was then handed to me off the pallet uncut. Got back to them and they said cutting was extra. Said they would get back to me with a price and time for cutting and never did. Wouldn't go back
