Ordered my Santa Cruz on a Saturday, it appeared on Insta the following Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday. Not quite next day but the bike was well packed, as described and after a first ride I’m well pleased, so it more than made up for that. Thank you Jake, I wish you success in your endeavour

After deciding to sell my Santa Cruz I contacted several companies with a view to purchase my bike. Jake quickly responded & overall MCR was the best market value offer for my bike! Great customer service from start to finish from MCR bikes.
I spoke with Jake on the phone about several bikes I was interested in, and he helped me narrow it down. Eventually I went for a Cube Stereo Action Team! The bike arrived a few days after purchasing and has been fantastic ever since.
I had a slight issue with the gears after a few rides (usual bedding in), but MCR bikes quickly got that resolved.

Purchased a Ebike from MCR bikes and received a follow up call from a very pleasant and informative Jake. He answered all my questions and even hand delivered the bike to me whilst I was on a call out job on the outskirts of Manchester. Legend, keep doing what your doing mate you will go far 👍

I ordered a kickstand they said fitted my bike in the kickstand description.
The one delivered then did not fit so i contacted support 5 days ago and still no responce!

Update 17/9/24
After an explination from Jake at McrBikes, the issue was eventually resolved, it did take a couple of weeks so not ideal.
The kickstand did come direct from Cube in the Netherlands so it is possible the original problem was them sending the wrong item.

Haven’t recieved goods yet, when I ordered it said goods in stock 2 days later recieved email saying item was having to be ordered in from cube and will be 3 weeks
