MCR BIKES Reviews

I recently bought a bike from another company and it was broke before I got it and they wouldn’t let me get a refund so I was abit nervous on purchasing another but I definitely found the right place it works fine and looks amazing even though it is jet black but I still like the design so big thanks to Jake and also the company in general I highly recommend

let me tell you about my experience with Mcrbikes! They are seriously amazing. The quality of their bikes is off the charts! Not only are they stylish, but they're also incredibly durable. I've taken my bike on a few journeys and it has hasn’t let me down unlike some other bike companies Mcrbike handles like a dream. Plus, their customer service is top-notch! Thanks to Jake they go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're in the market for a new bike, this is the place you won't be disappointed!

I didn’t have to wait for the bike it came here the same day I ordered it. I don’t know where their business is located so I might live close to them that’s why it delivered the same day but still not a lot of companies/businesses do that.
The people on a whole were really nice they didn’t try any funny business just really good customer service on a general.

Bought this bike some time ago absolutely amazing quality. Not had any problems with it would really recommend!

Very good quality and looks amazing brother said it’s the best bike he’s ever had definitely worth the price highly recommend 👍

I’m very pleased with the bike I’ve bought , I had first seen them through their Instagram page and jake from Mcr bikes helped decide on which bike to get for my budget would 100% recommend and I’m definitely going to buy again

Bought my son a bike for his birthday. Jake from mcrbikes gave us outstanding service. 5* Would definitely recommend.

I wanted to sell my e-bike. Local cycle shops weren't interested or offered really low prices. I was very impressed with MCRBike's service. We agreed a price via email. Jake arrived at the time he gave me, he was knowledgeable about the bike, the agreed price was paid on the spot by bank transfer. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again should the situation arise and would also recommend him to others.

Made selling a bike a breeze.Fair price negotiated and collected the next day. 5*
