Garbage return policy. Probably give used products too
I returned an attack shark x11se(after a whole ass month of back and forth with the support just for them to pick my product, keep in mind, i had to give them 2 whole video proofs that my mouse wasn't working). The customer care so UNBELIEVABLY GARBAGE that despite having the faulty product to test themselves they decided to do nothing about it. They didn't give my money back, they didn't initiate a replacement, heck they didn't even bother calling or messaging us regarding getting the product on their store. Then after a while when i had lost it and called them continuously they finally responded by saying that our device had PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON IT. Keep in mind, these people had taken video evidence and photo evidence wherein there was NO physical damage inflicted upon the mouse and now suddenly there's physical damage so i can't get a refund... i find that very hard to believe. Imma give em just one line of defense prolly that it was a shipping problem, they have LITERALLY no other excuse(that still doesn't justify the behavior of their staff and customer care) Just need my money back dawg... been without a mouse for over a month now 😭
