Compre una maquina hace poco llego muy rapido y bien la caja estaba un poco rota de los golpes que recibio con el transporte dpd pero funcciona gracias y hoy 14 febrero volvi a comprar unos nuevos electrodos para tener de reserva lo bueno es que en el libro de la maquina que compre hace unos dias viene escrito la pagina web directamente de Med fit asi que las personas que tiene la maquina y desea comprar algunos repuestos lo tiene facilmente en poder comprarlo ejemplo electrodos cables mando etc y realmente el web es facil de usar . Es fantastico

I suffer with chronic pain and the introduction to Med Fit by my physiotherapist has been a game changer. Using Med Fits Premium Pro TENS has enabled me to have another bow to my armour to help compact pain. The service was excellent, fast delivery, comprehensive instructions and diagrams and the reordering of accessories is so easy and delivery is always so fantastic. Couldn’t recommend Med Fit highly enough and such a comprehensive range of products to help so many issues.

I ordered the 2 channel wireless tens from Med-Fit I must say it is a fantastic product. Help with my back and leg pain

They sent me an email that had a bit of a rude, insulting and accusatory tone, yet they failed to consider the other details and their own part in the product performance and the complaint I sent them when I first bought the massager I will absolutely never again buy anything from Med-Fit

Ordered double headed earclips but got sent electrodes instead. No point in sending the wrong item quickly if it's still the wrong item.

I purchased an LED mask from these guys for £127 (apparently reduced from £170 but probably a made up price to inspire confidence in the quality ) I’d had a previous good experience purchasing a tens machine from them and was expecting good things from this. What turned up was a battered, unsealed box (of the type you’d expect from Temu) containing an unbranded mask very similar to those sold on Temu for £20. It’s okay though this was purchased from a site familiar with medical devices so I was expecting to find a CE/UKCA mark and manufacturer/importer details……

Nope. No CE/UKCA details on the device, the charger, the box or the manual. No manufacturers details either, not even country of manufacture. The manual had some worrying errors in explaining the ‘treatment’ the sort that really doesn’t inspire confidence and screams unregulated Chinese rubbish - red light is not for acne and blue light is not for anti-aging.

Yes this LED mask had all the signs of being Chinese tat. Even the near infrared setting doesn’t seem legit - our night vision security camera doesn’t pick up any near infrared white/purplish glow like it does with any remote control- sure that’s not a controlled scientific test but it’s enough to give me doubts.

I’ve asked PayPal to chase a refund. I’ve asked med-fit for all the legitimate CE/UKCA certification for the product. If they are unable to provide this, I will press heavily on PayPal for a refund and I will keep the device to present to trading standards should they request an inspection after I report the item.

If anyone from med-fit wants to respond please do so through PayPal. I only mention it here to help those considering buying an LED mask from these guys.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered and it never came. They took weeks to answer emails and eventually I was told to provide my address as it wasn't clear on the order. Nonsense. I provided it anyway and still no delivery. They're taking advantage of people with health issues. Absolutely disgusting.

Appalling!
We bought their MedFit 3 Digital Tens unit via Amazon Prime in mid October 2025.
The twin wire ear clip accessory was not available via Amazon at that point so we pondered a while.
We then elected to buy that from the MedFit eBay store rather than the MedFit website.
The eBay listing price of £8.95 for the ear clip electrode was inclusive of 48 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery.
Approximately 53 hours after completing the purchase of this accessory it was notified as dispatched.
Another day and a half had passed by with no tracking info being available using the number provided.
So we sent a message to MedFit Customer Service who responded ‘We’ve had a few of these, it will probably be scanned in today or tomorrow’.
Illness and pain don’t arrive by appointment and these delays were not helpful.
True, Royal Mail is as Royal Mail does, MedFit seem not to care whether or not the delivery times are being adhered to even in the knowledge that they are not?
A further 48 hours passed before a follow message was sent advising the item had not been received and further, that tracking was still not available.
MedFit replied that the item was due for delivery that day which turned out to be correct.
In total, it took 6 days and 2 hours from purchase to receipt of goods with the carriage taking almost double the time frame indicated and charged for.
On receipt, the instructions were read, machine and clip used in accordance with for 4 very short sessions before the leads started to drop out during use rendering the protocol useless.
Reinserting the leads more often than not made no difference as they simply fall away again.
For context, this is whilst seated and relaxing, not moving in any way other than breathing.
This matter was raised with MedFit CS on the morning of 5/11/25 where it was clearly stated that we considered this item unfit for purpose.
Refund or replacement was indicated as the appropriate action required. Response received was a further set of instructions in how to compress the soft electrodes whilst inserting the leads in the hope that they then make and maintain a sound electrical contact.
The existence of this pictographic instruction indicates to us that MedFit have been aware of this issue for some time?
In this tiny snapshot of the MedFit business model these are two instances of flagrant disregard for the consumer.
This company is an NHS supplier?
The mind boggles.
The clip we received is cheap tat in our opinion and MedFit CS are about as useful as this substandard item.
The clip is going back though only by virtue of eBay terms and conditions.
The Tens unit is also being returned for refund now.
Whilst the unit appears to work I’m not inclined to put any faith in MedFit or its products based on my experience to date which has only been added to by visiting Trustpilot this morning and seeing that my negative experience appears typical.
Do yourself a favour, spend your money elsewhere.

Bought tens from this company…my mistake, should have read reviews! Product only worked once, for approx five minutes. Second go, have complained to AMAZON. JUST HOPE THEY DELIST IT,

I regret purchasing the Wireless Conbi 3 from Med-Fit UK. The product did not meet my expectations at all. First, the electrode pads didn’t stick properly, rendering the device almost useless. The battery level on the remote constantly showed as half-charged, even when it had just been fully charged, which was frustrating.
On top of that, I had to pay for returns, which is bad enough, but they didn't offer a full refund because I had used the pads—despite the fact they didn’t even work properly from the start! To make matters worse, the quality of the plastic on the device felt extremely cheap and flimsy, which raises concerns about its long-term durability. Overall, the experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend Med-Fit or the Wireless Conbi 3 to anyone. Poor quality, bad customer service, and unnecessary return fees make this a product to avoid.

There is no refund policy even if you buy in shop and want to return just within an hour without even opening the packaging, the company will not accept it and will not return the product. This is a policy that only favours the company. There is no relation of this policy with customer rights. My husband bought two scrubs and told me I found them to be really expensive and told him to return but when he went again within an hour, he was told there is no return policy.

I had ordered tens machine and paid for quick delivery. Next day should be delivered said Fedex but I 've received nothing. Send them 4 emails but no respond.. There is not item tracking and they ate not able to find out and let me know when item arrives... no recommendations for this shop... really need this machine now 4th day and I don't know where and when will be arriving... in the future never will use this shop
