I find these machines more powerful than Tramerdol for a serious spinal injury. They come with 10 programes and it is important to try each one to see which one works best for you. I personly use programe NO 4. Before I tryed this machine I was in constant pain all day even after taking tramerdol. Now I am able to go about my day witout all the problems of serious pain. I cannot recomend these machines more as it has transformed my life.

I've given up all my painkillers and I have been trying to get a working Tens Machine experience which will allow me to keep active (walking 2-7 miles a day wearing the Tens electrodes). When the first lot of equipment supplied wasn't suitable, the team at The Tens Company bent over backwards to try different solutions until we found one that worked. I would 100% recommend these guys to look after you if you need anything Tens related.

I buy items from the Medfit UK page. I recently purchased a Premier Combo Plus TENS machine as a upgrade from my previous battery operated one (also from same company).

As tends to happen in the real world one of the channel connectors on the machine snapped, so contacted them re: having it repaired. Not only did they do so free of charge but returned it in 4 days (over a weekend) and included free leads. Now that's excellent service!

I have used this company to buy a couple of tens machines over a number of years. I concur with the other positive reviews, they are absolutely the best at what they do. Super quick delivery is standard. High quality products. I've never had a problem. And their electrodes are cheaper than on Amazon, where you can end up purchasing counterfeit electrodes. I would highly recommend them and will always use them. Plus if you're eligible claiming tax back on your purchase is a doddle.

Found this company after my cousin told me she paid £600 for a similar machine! I visited the business in person to collect my machine and was really impressed! The staff took time out to explain everything to me, prior to purchase. This company is 100% upfront with their products and this device has helped me with both my migraine and ectopic beats as well as my partners shoulder pain. Please be cautious out there. As I stated, I visited this company prior to purchase and after much research, my opinion is that you will be 100% satisfied as I am.

I rent mama tens machine from this company, and it didn't work properly. I Return the product next day to exchange and send few emails,tried to call 100 times, but no respond. I paid money for no reason, and customer service didn't exist! Very disappointed. Do not order anything from them!

I ordered a Tens Machine from this company, but had an issue with the product, which was actually my fault. Upon contacting the company, their service was excellent and sorted my issue out straight away. Very friendly service.
