I wanted to recognize an outstanding employee that has repeatedly helped us make purchases at Lowe’s.
But Medallia ‘s survey process of trying to compliment this employee and Lowe’s is not user friendly. It starts by asking you to type in an 18 digit code from your receipt. That is a terrible way to get customers to participate!
Navigating the survey is annoying!
Lowe’s should review how Medallia is impacting their not getting customer feedback because of that company’s cumbersome survey process.
Recent purchase of 2026 Mercedes Benz,
I recently purchased a 2026 MB from Arlington, Va MB. This dealership which has stood the test of time was a #10 experience. The progression of steps starting with confirmation of a certain model to visiting the dealer, the salesman Alvin Daniels and his knowledge, the sales manager and finance manager and even the official greeter were #10. I tried to locate this model closer but their people told me there was nothing available. Alvin Daniels had the car in inventory. Arlington MB is serious.

we just got back from secrets royal beach. The crew at sugar reef pool bar was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay great. A big "oh my god !" shout out to Rander,Jorkni, Euri, Yoyo, and Carlos. Also the guys around the pool, Angel, Chocolate. Mr. Fire, Jorgi, and Melasa made the pool experience extra fun

We had the best vacation at Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana! The sweetest Gabriela, Yolemmy, & Bemjamin took the best care of us at the Sugar Reef Bar which is located in between both big pools! This group took great care of us at the relaxing pool!! We highly recommend this resort and make sure to say hi to all three above for us!! Colin & Kathryn

Hi my Name is Christopher Jones. I've stayed at the Extended stay Airport in South Carolina off Pelham Rd. My experience has been top of the line. The rooms are nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff is very friendly, informative, and nice. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location because the staff of this motel is outstanding. I will be staying again. I give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating just for their over the time service.
Buyer beware!!
Buyer beware! Medallia is losing customers left and right because they are using deceitful sales tactics. We have been a client for 2 years now, and our agreement was recently renewed with a 10% price increase without our consent or knowledge. When reaching out for support, I was told by Kin Ming Li they no longer dedicate resources to accounts our size and "Medallia is not obligated to send renewal reminders prior to each renewal term".
Avoid them at all cost
They offer a forever free scheme which is neither free nor forever so why would you trust this company with your data.

This is a shakedown, plain and simple, so if you value your data use someone, anyone else.
This company does nothing
You can not talk to a human and their website support does not help. I’m trying to complete a survey for someone at Lowe’s who really helped me out. When I went to the site using the scanned code, it entered me into some sort of sweepstakes. I couldn’t leave a survey complementing the employee at all. And I could not find any articles that helped with this issue. And when I called the company and clicked for help completing a survey, I was told by the recording to go to the website that I had already looked at that had no information. I don’t know why companies like Lowe’s are continuing to use this service when we can’t acknowledge employees, the way that the companies think we are able to. Very disappointed. This company does not provide the service that the companies think they do.
Not good at all at taking responsibility for mistakes made….
Have no contact between the department’s they work in . I got and email from them confirming I was going to get a compensation for something to then be waiting a week for the compensation and get contacted from someone new unsaying everything the first person I talked to said . I sent screenshots but they only say basically sorry now and haven’t got anything. I have all the emails saved so I can of course back up what I talk about up on request .
My washer and dryer!…
The two guys that delivered my washer and dryer were very friendly and nice. Josue was great showing me how to use my washer and dryer. I would give him a 10 if I could.
Refrigerator Delivery
The Lowes delivery folks Heath and Mike were on time, efflcient, pleasant delivered my refrigerator with care.
Way To intrusive,
I'm in the middle because I actually didn't do the review I was asked to do. After reading their lengthy uses if my review I ended the survey right there. The survey has access to my server, my IP address, my phone I'm using everything but the colour of my draws, then there's the stuff they do with my info and then keep it for a very long time so I'm not going to bother.
Our refrigerator was delivered to replace a week old malfunctioning unit.…
Our refrigerator was delivered yesterday. A much better experience than the malfunctioning unit we received a week earlier. Sam and Dawayne were careful and thorough. All the little pieces of tape and plastic covering were removed and hauled away. Ice maker function was explained.

Yasmani and Alex were great, provided a text 30 minutes prior to delivery, arrived with our new washer and dryer, had it unloaded and connected in a matter of minutes.
Lowes Delivery was great experience
I ordered a Midea refrigerator at Lowes and it was delivered by J.B. Hunt in a timely manner. Quenton and Kevin delivered my new refrigerator as well as took away my old failing refrigerator with them.
Great job guys!

The delivery personal were very mindful and took great care in bringing the refrigerator into my apartment with out damaging the unit or my door.
