I had surgery done in March by Mr Taygon Oluklu from MedAway in Turkey. I had problem with my breast all my life I was born with the left and right side not the same muscle missing and bone structure not the same . I had breast implants put in in the UK but after a year one started to drop quickly on the left side but the right side still sitting ok. This made me so paranoid about my body and hated it . I lacked confidence. Then a friend told me about MedAway and that she was so pleased with her surgery and she would recommend them to me. So I gave them a call and they got back to me straight away next minute I new I was on my way to Turkey with my daughter. My experience was amazing my surgeon was Mr Taygon Oluklu who went through everything he was going to do to correct my breast and get them looking as natural as possible . I had my right breast replaced with new implant and the left breast lifted and new implant. Mr Taygon Oluklu did such an amazing job I was so happy with them . My nipples were now in line and my breast are the same size and shape after 58 years. Its been 9 months since they were done and they are still perfect no drooping still keeping their shape scaring is doing well still using the gell recommend by Mr Taygon. I have had no problems with the surgery before and after. I am now confident person and that's all thanks to Mr Taygon Oluklu amazing surgeon. I have recommend him to all my friends who are looking to have surgery. I will definitely be going back to him when my implants need replacing. My whole experience with MedAway was amazing from start to finish. Thank you Mr Taygon Oluklu you changed my life for the better ❤️🙏🏻

Truly think the whole experience has been great from the airport pickup, throughout the whole operation, aftercare and lastly drop off at airport. After the type of operation had to be changed due to certain rare conditions with my skin, was dealt with very professionally.

The service from the airport pick up to hotel and then the hospital was excellent, at the hospital the incredible patient supervisor sefa Altug could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful, he put me totally at ease through the whole process, checking in on me every step of the way , making sure I was comfortable and safe the whole time , the procedure itself was first class a great hair transplant , and great aftercare , I would highly recommend the staff and facilities every time , 1st class

FUE hair transplant and teeth whitening in Istanbul, Turkey - I had an extremely pleasant medical trip from UK through MedAway.

MedAway provide a ‘white glove’ service to international patients, and they do it so well. I’ve been really well looked after. As a solo first time traveller, I was a little cautious at first. After all, a lower price sometimes means less quality - not in this case!

They really went all out to make me feel comfortable, talking me through everything, staying in constant communication. So supportive. Hotel was lovely, transfers were great, and they were receptive to feedback.

My English speaking coordinator was there for me every step of the way; I felt like he had my back. I was given everything I needed, to the point where I overpacked items and returned home with more than I arrived with.

Also Istanbul is a great place to visit in general. I’ll be back for more treatments in 12 months in tandem with my final follow up.

I travelled to Istanbul, Turkey for my hair transplant with Medaway from Swansea, Wales, and the whole experience was way more than I expected.

From the moment I arrived, everything was really well organised. The airport transfers were smooth and on time, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

At the hospital, the medical team were professional and reassuring. They explained each step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I felt well looked after from start to finish.

Everyone involved went above and beyond to make the experience stress-free and positive. If you’re thinking about a hair transplant abroad, I’d definitely recommend Medaway. The service was excellent from beginning to end

I got recommended to MedAway from a family member and using this company for my breast reduction was the best decision the company is amazing you get the best care given from the transport to the surgery everybody was very helpful and very polite and professional I could not recommend a better company to go with it’s completely changed my life in the best way if your looking for the best care and surgery I would definitely be recommending medaway at the beginning I was terrified about the process but the staff definitely made sure I had no worries no stress it’s definitely an amazing experience I’m glad I had mine with MedAway even after I had been discharged from the hospital the staff was very upto date with me, they made sure I was checked on by nurses at the hotel all in all it was a life changing and amazing experience I could not recommend a better place, the last day we was met by stefan he is very polite and professional they really care for their patients in the best way my surgeon was dr feryal, she has done a wonderful job I will forever recommend her

I have come 2 times now to MedAway. 1st time in April 2025 to have an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and 360 lipo and the mons lift, with my surgeon being Dr Taygun. My results are so Amazing, that I have returned for a 2nd time, 8 months later, again with MedAway, and the Amazing Dr Taygun, to have my arm uplift, and Breast uplift with the Motiva 355ccs ergonomic implants. Once again, I am totally in Awe, of the total professionalism of the entire team, from start to finish. From discussing the treatments I required, and getting a quote for the price, which is an all inclusive package. The package doesn't include your flights, but once you arrive here in Istanbul, you, and your accompanying companion, are in good hands. Collected from the airport, taken directly to the hospital. All the Pre Op tests are preformed apon arrival at the hospital. You then stay over night in the hospital with your companion. The next morning, you will see your surgeon for pre ops. You then sign all your consent forms, and there are quite a few. Pay any balance outstanding, then change into your surgical gowns and relax. When they are ready, they will come and collect you from your room, and take you down to the surgical theatre. Don't be scared or worried. Believe me, this is what they do day in, and day out. I had Dr Taygun. The man is a Magician, I'm telling you!!! I have not had any complications, and no complaints at all. After the surgery, Dr Taygun, came up to my room to tell my companion that everything went perfectly, and that I would be brought up from recovery shorty. The nurses and hospital staff are all so friendly, and the whole team in general are basically at your beck and call 24hrs a day 7 days a week. After 3 days in hospital, I was transferred to the hotel.. The hotel was Delta by Marriott. Lovely place to stay. The hospital nurse came to visit me and make sure I was doing OK. She is also extremely lovely and can't do enough for you. Today, my final day, they messaged me to alert me to my time for collection from the hotel, pick up and transfer back to the hospital to see my Surgeon, Dr Taygun again, for my final checkup, change of dressings, and fit to fly letter. Shortly we will be taken back to the hotel, and then transferred back to the Airport, for our return flight home to the UK. If I had to give the service a score, from start to finish, everything included, I would give it a 9.7 out of 10. I can honestly say, I have no complaints, and would 100% recommend MedAway, and Dr Taygun, and his magical hands. Anyone out there considering any type of surgery, don't hesitate a moment longer. Thank you MedAway, and all the staff. And a MASSIVE THANK YOU FOR DR TAYGUN. I will be seeing you again soon, and bringingy sister with me possibley so she can have a little something done too. Came for my second hair transplant through medaway. Very welcoming and very professional i would recommend them to anyone who wants to change their life an be happy about there their appearence in regards to their hair teeth or anything else they feel needs changed for themselves personally. My cordinator Sefa was amazeing he was there from start to finish. Great guy helpful in any questions i needed to ask and there for me in many other ways id recomend medaway to anyone. Thank you for ur service it was second to none i apreciate in all aspects.

I had a really good experience at Medaway. A couple of improvements could be made.
Firstly the surgeon Dr Taygun was great. I am very happy with my results. He was very friendly. The transport was fine. A bit late on pick up, but nothing that bothered me really.
The staff were all very friendly. They did my blood tests and an ECG. So that was good.
The nursing staff I feel could have been a little more attentative. I asked for a pain killer and it took several times asking and I finally got it after 3 hrs almost. And when my drains needed removing my companion had to ask 3 or 4 times. That was 90mins waiting. I think maybe you should ve checked on every 3hrs hours and stats checked and just maybe asked how the pain is. I cannot fault the communication via WhatsApp with the team. And the hotel was lovely. And the nurse who checked up on me in the hotel was extremely lovely and smiley. The hotel is near the shops. So I went out for a walk. Breakfast was fine. The hospital was clean and warm. Maybe do with a small kitchen for patients and companions to make their own tea and coffee. But I would recommend Medaway and I would use them again if I choose any further cosmetic surgery. All the initial information. The surgeon was brilliant information, very easy to talk to regarding concerns. Very empathetic. Also the lady who was the coordinator was brilliant answering all my questions and aftercare was brilliant. I’ve been through medaway twice now and highly can recommend my experience.

Not one for leaving big reviews but I honestly had such a positive experience! Everything has been over and above my expectations, I was very worried about travelling alone for my surgery but I’ve felt so comfortable, I’ve been kept up to date from start to finish on what was going to be happening from being picked up to the airport right at the start to being dropped off at the airport to fly home. Everyone from MedAway I spoke with were so so nice and have been so welcoming! My surgeon done an amazing job especially considering my circumstances and I was very well looked after in the hospital. I am very happy with my results 🥰.

Was a bit scary, but all the staff, could not have been nicer.
Picking up from airport and taking to and from appointments was easy too.
Turkish people did not blink an eye, they must have plenty clients from all over the world.
100% 1st class.
