I had a breast reduction through Medbelle at Pall Mall Medical centre in Newton-le-willows. Laura has been fantastic from initial enquiry right through to my post-op and has supported me at every step of the way. Whenever I had a question she would always be on hand to help and never made me feel like there was such thing as a silly question!

My surgeon Mr Jamie Barnes has also been wonderful. After having met with 2 surgeons prior, Mr Barnes made me feel hears in what I wanted to achieve from surgery. I am currently 2.5 weeks post-op and the results looks great so far!

Couldn’t fault Medbelle and Mr Barnes and would highly recommend for anyone looking for breast surgery.

Excellent service, the after care and support from Bethany was reliable and consistent, she made every effort to see that my recovery was progressing well. She even listed valuable points to ask my consultant. I found this very enlightening. It has been very re-assuring to have this kind of support all the way through. My consultant, Mr Carmichael was also excellent, I could not have had better care. In all, my experience with Medbelle has been first class and I would highly recommend it.

I have to complement the help and advice I received from Pat O who helped and advised me through this whole procedure, unfortunately I waisted two physio sessions by going for local treatment centre, but all went well when I returned to the clinic for my next three appointments..

Medbelle offered full support from the onset, with a detailed pack, stating very clear outcomes for patients. Being allocated a personal Patient Care Advisor (Grace Rivett) meant that I could ask questions at any time and be guaranteed a prompt and efficient response. The surgeon, Mr Jonathan White, conducted the pre-op appointments in a reassuringly professional and informative manner, and eight days after my highly successful hip replacement procedure, I can move without pain and with little reliance on walking aids.

My mother had hip replacement surgery carried out by Mr. Kulkarni at the Nuffield hospital, Scraptoft at the end of July 2023. This was organised by Chloe at Medbelle, she was an absolute pleasure to work with, totally professional at all times, kept in regular contact to ensure everything was ok. I would strongly recommend using Medbelle. I must admit I was a little dubious at first as I had not heard of the company before but I couldn't be more pleased with how the whole process went, from the first contact through to organising physiotherapy local to mum so she didnt have to travel too far, to the follow up emails and contacts - they dealt with everything. The online payment process was easy, the level of contact was just right, not pushy as some companies can be. My 81 year old (very anxious) mother now has a new hip, she looks and feels 10 years younger. Thank you to the whole team at Medbelle, in particular Chloe and of course the 'star' of the show Mr. Kulkarni for giving mum her quality of life back!

Excellent customer care and communication throughout - whole procedure was fantastic from start to finish - from Grace at Medbelle keeping me informed and checking all was ok - to mr Peter Thompson who carried out the knee replacement.

This is the second TKR I have had and this was more straightforward than going straight to the provider.

I contacted Medbelle as I was having a lot of pain in my hip. I spoke with Pat who was really helpful. He arranged an mri and then an appointment with Mr Chris Evans at the RJ&AH hospital, Gobowen, Oswestry. Mr Evans spent time talking with me and agreed a hip replacement. He was very professional and gave me a lot of confidence in having the operation. The whole procedure went smoothly, the staff were amazing and Mr Evans checked up on me every day I was in hospital. Pat also arranged sessions with a physiotherapist, Mr Bell at the Physio and Therapy Clinic who was also brilliant. I can’t thank everyone enough for helping me through this difficult time

Professional service by my contact Pat who kept me informed throughout. Medbelle (Pat) was able to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding my knee replacement. The surgeon explained the procedure and made me comfortable. After the procedure I was informed that I will be getting a refund.The was paid into my bank very quickly. My only complaint was the hospitalisation as my room needed an update, and the food was very poor quality considering I was a private patient.

I have always had regular catch-up telephone conversations from Kurt.
Very helpful, always able to answer my concerns and very reassuring whilst going through the process of my surgery.
I am due to have surgery again - possibly early 2004 (another complete hip replacement) and I am sure I will receive the help and support again.

Last year I chose Medbelle for my breast surgery… right from the start they have been nothing but amazing! Katie, who has looked after me and sorted out all my appointments etc is a credit to Medbelle and I wish her all the success in her new role. This was a very positive experience for me and I have been truly impressed by Medbelle for their expertise and professionalism and most particularly by my dedicated personal advisor. Friendly and professional. Always felt Chloe had my interests at heart and was able to quickly sort out any hiccups.

I got referred to Medbelle after booking a private MRI scan. I can highly recommend them. The service and contact/follow up is really really good. At first I was confused why you'd use them, but if nothing else they can offer self-paying private patients really good (BUPA like) rates on things like your consultations.

Specifically I'd like to mention Paddy who dealt with my ACL procedure. He really knew what was normal and what wasn't and everything involved. He worked really hard to get me good prices on my consultation and procedure. Highly recommend
