I could not be more happy with the results of my procedure organised through MedBelle. My Patient Advisor has been readily available and has quickly responded to any questions I have had. My surgeon was fantastic as well as the anaesthetist and nursing staff on the day of my procedure. Recommended.

Im honestly so pleased with medbelle especially with Laura always updating me with any changes any concerns I had always quick to respond which is why I have decided to choose medbelle compared to other clinics. The other clinics were very unhelpful but Laura was always there to call or message when needed a very lovely and professional lady! The day of the surgery as well the nurses so caring after the opt. Mr Cavale my surgeon so professional saw me before my surgery, made me feel at ease no stress and my results it’s just life changing! I’m so happy with my journey and would definitely recommend medbelle clinic and Mr Cavale.

Despite my apprehension at the thought of an operation, I found Albyn Hospital to be a very friendly and relaxing place. I appreciated the support offered before my admission by Jack, the Patient Care Advisor who was happy to answer any of my questions. I was very grateful to Mr Bidwell for his honest opinions and surgical skills. The nursing staff were very attentive and pleasant and the catering was of a high standard.

Martin Mitchell, the surgeon, explained everything fully and performed a top class operation fitting my new hip and enabling me to go home the next day. Paddy. the Medbelle care assistant, contacted me every step of the way to ensure a seemless experience.
Using Medbelle was a lot more cost effective than going through the hospital themselves for my procedure and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending them based on my experience.

Thank God that my procedure was a success! Dr Vijh was my surgeon. He was amazing and incredibly good at what he did. The surgery was supposed to be one hour but lasted three. Dr Vijh was fab😊. I am so pleased with the outcomes. There were no drama. My Medbelle's Key Worker was Grace O'. She was so gracious, kind and attentive to details. Grace supported me with the appropriate information and advice I needed while I waited for the surgery. Grace also listened to my fears and would obtain answers to any questions if she didn't have the answers. She gave me details about Dr Vijh, helped me with my operation preparations and queried details about any meds/vitamins etc, that I was taking to share with Dr Vijh to ensure health and safety prior to surgery. Medbelle's team checked in on me when Grace O' was on leave. The team was consistent in their service delivery and played a major part in making sure that all was well leading up to the surgery as well as after. An excellent all round service from Medbelle, great treatment, very professional and overall good outcomes. Highly recommended 🙏

My personal advisor Laura page was fantastic genuinely interested in my well-being at all stages, my surgeon, Mr Fattah took the time and patience to listen to me and find out what I wanted helped me understand the reality of my procedure the nursing staff at MedBelle clinic were outstanding my overall experience has been wonderful thank you all so very much.

My experience with Medbelle was 10/10, very smooth sailing, great communication and sorted everything for me so I didn't have to worry! Special Shutout to my Patient Care advisor Katie, she made me so comfortable I felt like I was talking to a Friend- Answered every question I had Promptly and made me feel comfortable! I am so happy with my results, Dr Ahmed is an artist! Massive confidence boost for me getting something ive always been insecure about corrected!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Medbelle. My advisor, Anysia, was so informative and was always available for my queries and was particularly helpful in planning my appointments to fit in around my university and work schedule which I am so grateful for. My surgeon, Mr Barnes, did such an incredible job and I am so happy with the results of my surgery. The whole team (online contacts and during hospital stay) was so lovely and made sure I was comfortable and calm during the whole experience. I can’t think of one negative thing so say about my time with Medbelle!

I have been looked after very well during the time I have been treated at The Albyn Hospital in Aberdeen.I was in for a knee replacement .The Surgeon Mr Bidwell was excellent before and after the operation explaining what to expect .During my stay in the hospital I had excellent treatment from all staff m office staff to nursing staff and others I came across.The after treatment has also been excellent from Mr Bidwell and the Physio Andrea.Iwas also impressed by the calls from Paddy from Medbelle asking abou my progress .All in all an ecellent experience from all at the Hospital

I really have to say, Lou, my personal advisor, helped me all the way in deciding and making me reassured I was comfortable doing my uplift with implant.I'm 50 and not in touch with the modern world of emails ect.Lou, talked me through everything. If your computer shy, Don t worry, they will talk you through it. Also, I'm extremely happy with my results, 3 weeks in.Gotta say, so happy I did this x

I spent years wanting Surgery after having asymmetric breasts with a 3 cup difference. I shopped around initially and procedures were as much as £12,000 which was just too out of reach for me. I then found Medbelle who had the highest TrustPilot Reviews and were actually the cheapest too (I had to let go of the you get what you pay for motive as it really does not apply here!) Laura my patient care advisor was absolutely amazing and was there day and night when I had any questions of queries. I had an initial consultation and was put so much as ease by everybody involved and couldn't believe how easy it was to organise. My wants and needs were listened to with the upmost care by all staff and surgeons involved. I couldn't believe how quickly the procedure came round and how much I was put at ease by everyone at Burcott Hall. I genuinely couldn't believe how fast I recovered from a breast reduction and uplift and was up and about within days of coming home and the anaesthetic wearing off. I absolutely love the results only 8 weeks after and can't wait to see the final result. Thank you to everyone at Medbelle - I even got a little care package after my surgery which was a lovely touch. Laura was so attentive during my recovery and it genuinely felt like a friend was checking in on and calling you. I will be forever indebted to you and you encourage anyone to just go for it because it will absolutely change your life. Please don't put it off any longer because my confidence has absolutely sky rocketed and I know that wouldn't be the case if I'd have gone anywhere else.
