Good communication and high quality of copy.

Everyone was really helpful, we didn't really know how to do out slides but the site was very easy to use and anytime i was confused or needed an update Andrew helped by return email within 24hrs at the latest.
The price is extremely competitive and would highly recommend sending you memories to them.
I am 51 and so many people my age have old family photos on slides and this is a brilliant way to stop these precious memories from getting lost

I hesitated LOT over the decision to send away my precious old VHS tapes, it was both a matter of trust and expense. Reading the reviews for MediaFix reassured me initially and this was further endorsed by speaking to Andrew on the phone - customer service is absolutely first rate!
The entire process went as had been described and the results are wonderful.

I trusted the only copy of irreplaceable slides to them to process and digitise. Everything went to plan and my sides were returned. They did a good job of digitising them as well as clearing the dust off them before processing so the images were clear. As soon as they were finished making them digital I received a link so I could see them immediately. The physical sides arrived a few days later.

Great company and very affordable. The quality is fab and I’m so happy I can not only save space but also have my childhood videos in a form that I can keep forever.
Only slight issue was the length of time they took to confirm they had received my VHS tapes as I was panicking a bit as it was my only copy - but it turns out they have a few different locations that handle different parts of the process which is why it seems to take a little while to receive confirmation as I expected it to be within a couple of days of me having confirmation from EVRI that it has been delivered. Overall it was a fast process but that part worried me a little so a word of warning - don’t panic.
