I was a long time deciding to send them…
I was a long time deciding to send them my precious photos because I was so anxious that they would get lost. In the end I travelled a long way to deliver them only to find that this was not their office anyway and had to wait quite a while before the photos were actually delivered to wherever the actually do the work. The results have been very good however and I will be sending my mother's photos eventually to get them digitised as well. Thank you.

Wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality when digitising some old Slides, but was most impressed apart from the subject matter being old and dated, the digital images were top quality even when printed at 10 x 8 size. this along with great service and good communication, I wish I had more to convert.

They lost my irreplaceable photos.
Avoid this company. I have proof of delivery into the UK logistic centre - a month ago, yet they claim they can’t find it. The UK customer support, specifically "Andrew," ignores the issue and continues to push sales scripts (ironically for the order they’ve had) rather than helping me locate my lost memories. The German end respond with vague ‘might be in the next batch’. It’s clear they have no internal controls. They also have no accountability. Do not trust them

We have been experiencing some delays with parcels being batched up at our logistics centre and as such, all of our processes have been further delayed recently. This is no excuse, I simply want to explain the reason for the delay. We do have your parcel at our logistics centre and it will be brought to our headquarters for digitisation now.
I do apologise for the delay and for the inconvenience and worry it has caused. What I can say is we are actively working with our logistics team to ensure that this does not happen again.
With regards to ignoring the issue, unfortunately an automated email was sent out to you mistakenly with my name on it. This was a system issue with quite unfortunate timing. I want to ensure you that we care about this and we have been doing everything we can to resolve the issue for you.

Superb result
Excellent communication & flexibility in setting up the contract to scan 10,000 negatives. And the quality of scanning was everything I could have hoped, despite some negatives being over 50 years old. A top job!! Thank you.

Excellent service
In this day and age was a little concerned about who or what you can trust. I was pleasantly surprised about the great service. everything was as stated. I was reassured by the personal contact. Despite their age the quality of the tapes brought back so many memories and the sound quality was excellent. Nice to have them digitised.

Really poor communication
Really poor communication on your part.
You could not confirm that my slides had arrived safely for a couple of weeks after I posted them to you.
I appreciate that I sent them as securely as possible and ‘signed for’ but your lack of communication re there did cause me concern.
Your company seemed to lose sight of the fact that the images customers send to you are precious and often unique!!
I have no other concerns about the quality of your service.
