Worst service.
They dont provide proper information on turn around time and take extensive time for performing simple RTPCR test.
Their TAT for RTPCR is 72hrs. other local labs give in 6hours.
Dont even try for medibuddy and waste your money & time.

Worst service, not even for single star ⭐

This is really a shame, i have booked and paid for blood tests, then i had to chase you for collecting blood which someone thankfully did and now i am chasing for long time for results and no one seems to be bothering to reply.

Even your customer representative who pinged me on whatsapp doesn't bother to respond to my message or call me back when i tried reaching out to him and he claims he will call me back.

What is the process for raising a complaint and i want my money back.

Cannot think of dealing with Medibuddy when you have such a pathetic Customer Service team.

Froud and only collect Money. this is money collect paltform. I had careated request for blood test for my entire family and also made the entire money online. I haven't received any calls or emails from MoneyBuddy. Someone not came on the given address to collect blood and I live in the center of Pune city. i multiple Contacted the customer call also, they did not get any proper response. Still I am waiting my refundable amount.

Booked the test for 8 am. Guy called said not before 9 am. I I sisted on the time booked. It got rescheduled next day. Got a call the guy will come 8 am. No-one turned up. Suffered hours of pain as supposed to not take meds. Absolutely useless!! Booked for Bangalore

one of their staff name radhika she is really uneducated girl, not at all smart to speak,speaks abusing the customer.
It my big mistake to choose medibuddy for health.

Worst customer service and they just delay things stating we have escalated but nothing moves. I had called them multiple times for my reimbursement through portal. They said it will take 7 working days to generate a claim# but its been 2 months it has not generated the claim#.

Worst company. No customer service or anything.looted people money not sending products.

Following up for my medical report from past 4-5 days, but every time they pickup the call and inform will update you within 24 hours but no call or message always from our side need to check for any update, the worst service I have seen

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I am still waiting for my test report, when the sample was collected 84 hrs ago. I'll die of the pain because if this company. Called up customer support 10 times nobody in picking up the call, it seems like more number of calls they are having so they are not even picking up one..let the customer die its not in their hand

Called up other customer support numbers, they tend to ask the concerned team to contact me and share report..that somehow hasnt happened yet

they are the worst. they cheat there customers and scam them. they just started a site shop.medibuddy.in which gives 50% off. which is completely fake.

Pathetic and very very unclear talk happens and extremely rude.

I wish I could give medibuddy 0 rating instead of 1 rating.

No responses to emails.
Believe it or not - tickets are closed without any replies.
Every new email subject line = new ticket. They directly close the ticket and you'll get an email stating "your query has been resolved. thanks for contacting us".
Once a ticket is closed no matter how many emails you reply you'll never get any responses.
Escalation requests are simply marked as closed tickets. No phone numbers. No other way to contact this company. I wish I could file a lawsuit on them for their third class services.

worst service. they collected blood and after 4 days, they said blood is spoiled as it was not properly stored. And said will collect blood sample again with 48 hours notice. followed up 4 times with 48-72 hours schedule, but no one has turned up so far. Pathetic service and do not believe in quality of their testing too, with such unprofessional team.

worst, their emergency number does not work, my claim was rejected at last minute

Like all other reviews, I am also a victim of medibuddy.
The insurance plan is subscribed by my company Cuemath but on claim you have to deal with them directly via a broker. My company has been very little help and they are harassing me by asking for more documents every time I send them what they previously asked. I've sent them all the documents that I got from the hospital but they always seem to ask more details, so I've to go the hospital again and again. I don't think still I'll be able to get the claim. It's been 4 months.

It s been 3 months no refund, such a worst company never trust them, they don't even have concern about patients, its a waste to contact them back.

They are not refunding the amount. Its already been two months. I keep calling them and they say they will refund. Is there any online complaint site so that we can bring this site down. As I can read the below reviews they are cheating so many customers

Worst experience , 3 Times the blood sample collection was scheduled but none came to collect . Dont even have the courtesy to call and confirm if they are coming to collect . Highly irresponsible and negligent company . Don’t go for any service .
They only know raising service request and rescheduling of the health check up , but no action after that . very dissapointed .
