It's the worst company I have ever seen in my life.few days back I have ordered medicine for my father they delivered the wrong medicine when I asked to exchange the medicine with the actual one or give me the refund these guys are telling me that they don't have policy to refund or return for the delivered medicine. I've raised a ticket send them mail so many times but no one is there to listen to your concern everytime they are just closing the ticket saying that you ticket has been resolved. Don't trust this company. you deserve a negative star.

The Company doesnt even deserve a single star. their should be an option of negative star rating of companies like Medibuddy.

First thing is that there are no pictures of the product, you are not sure if you are ordering a correct medicine or not.

Secondly wherever you are living in India, your delivery address will always show as Bangalore.

I ordered first time on 10th of December, firstly, they take 3 days to deliver medicine in cities like Delhi or NCR. Then after 3 days, i got a message that medicines are delivered wherever i never recieved any medicines.

I have called them atleast 7 - 8 times and have sent aleast 3 - 5 emails, but still i am not sure whether i will get the medicine or the refund will be processed.

Please dont buy any medicines from them.

Giving 1 star because there is no option of zero star. these guys have unnecessarily poked their nose into medical business just to cheat people and do nothing else. one more group of useless cheaters frauds startup. these companies should be banned from operating. if at all any good review is available then beleive me that review is paid.

Not recommended. Incorrect medicine and additional medicine which I did not order were delivered (also not part of prescription I uploaded). No response on ticket, following up on calls for over 3 weeks, they don’t have an answer

Bhubaneswar lab is not standardize at all. Results are unrealistic. I had to repeat test in other reputed lab.
Kindly keep the standard of Laboratory .
Staff should know how to run standards daily before start.

This is the worst company i have ever worked. You need to work overtime and they won't give you any extra payment or appreciations for your effort.
My mom was diagnosed with cancer and I asked for WFH for a while they didn't approved and asked me to resign. What kind of medical company is this.
I was supposed to get corporate benifits where u get medicines for the employees and i paid the amount but never recieved that medicines.
There is no growth in that company.

Medibuddy is not providing good service at all ,they are people are liar and making people fraud , please don't go for medibuddy insurance

Worst Technician ever from Medi Buddy. Technician - Renuka Amin. When blood sample was collected she left a huge blood clot on my arm and after that the next day they again called me asking that the blood was NOT ENOUGH. More blood was needed by them. Can you believe these people?

My blood report after repeated reminder came in 21st and then urine report didn’t came till 26 Nov .Now when I called to confirm they said by mistake it didn’t came and when they shared it with me after few minutes .my sample drawn date doesn’t match with my blood sample drawn dates

its a worst place. you only got a wrong consultancy.

I booked madibuddy for test of mine and my sister, I got full assistance on that day of how to make payment.

Once I made my payment my struggle started:

1. the sample collector guy insisted to change my time again and again, unprofessional behaviour.
2. Again I got someone else repot with same reference
3. Third party lab was used for test which was not disclosed at time of making payment
4. I tried to book doctor consultation for my report which was promised to me while time of sale was not given. I doctor called me without my report no idea of what is consultancy all about
5. When I insisted MediBuddy team to share my report to mapped doctor they said they can’t do it neither shared me any link to upload 20-25 pages report and again asked for money
6. I am calling them again and again and they are keeping me on hold for 1 hr

I want to give a negative rating but here is no such option. Very bad experience.

Ordered specs from Vision care (Medibuddy) from specsmaker.in, now its been a month and still havent received any update from either of them. Trying to follow-up multiple times with Medibuddy, but the only thing I am hearing is we have created a case and our internal team have escalated the issue, you will receive a call within 24 hrs. Worst EXPERIENCE, never going to recommend Medibuddy to anyone.

Too delay delivery services.

My mom( a diabetic patient) has been suffering from fever for almost a week. The doctor asked for a blood circulation and urine circulation test. It was supposed to happen today at 7-8am. The technician who was supposed to come home and collect samples calls at 7:37 unfortunately my mom was unable to pick that and called at 7:39 and the dude refuses to pick up she called 5-6 times and he refuses to pick up.when my dad called from a his no. Dude picks up and says "hum vele nhi hai". My who has been fasting for 12hours and waiting for this guy say "hum vele nhi hai". On complaining on customer service they were adamant on rescheduling but my parent really want to cancel it and guess what was the reason for cancellation " customer is not interested anymore" truly horrible service. I'd rather walk to the lab everyday then doing this stuff online.

India no1 worst service , orders has been created and cancelled multiple times them self's. i order medicines 8 days back, not delivered yet. escalated many times but have no uses all are dummy peoples working in medibuddy..

I have order Aptamil stage 3 and some medicine ,and they have delivered stage 2 and one more item not delivered ,when i raised query to custome care .he is responding that all item is correct and as per prescription. i habe attached order details and prescription where stage 3 and all item is mention still he is saying satge 2 is there in prescription.. and order delivered is correct... this happen 2 time in my 3 times order... Thank you for your worst service and providing me oppurtunity to clear some space in mobile by uninstalling your app

MEDIBUDDY IS A FRAUD.I PAID MONEY BUT DID NOT GET ANY SERVICE,WAITED THE WHOLE DAY,IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY ARE USING A CELEBRITY LIKE AMITABH BACCHAN TO PROMOTE THEIR FRAUDS.

Worst app ever used for medical facilities.
I booked tests for my father and firstly they created n number of obstacles while booking the test, they cancelled it and gave the reason that the person wasn't available to take tests. It took 4 days to take test from their side .
And afterwards they gave incomplete report, so many tests were missing or kept blank.
Shame !!

Worst medical service. Gave test report without taking sample. Wish there was some negative star rating as this worst organization deserve nothing more. Wish this organization gets shut down as it posses potential threat to patient's life
