Application form easy to fill in. The medical certificate arrived next day as stated in the website. Certificate was sent by email and also a follow-up text to inform me that the certificate had been issued.

It worked and I was allowed to fly…
It worked and I was allowed to fly home. I paid extra to have airline specific forms filled out. They were not allowed as my name was spelled incorrectly and other questions were not adequately answered. They did allow the basic letter from you as proof of my fit to fly.

Awful nowhere near enough information…
Awful nowhere near enough information on letter/ how poorly I am was not addressed so now I’m not only 14000 down on flights I’m another 40 pound down because of this certificate

We're sorry you feel the travel cancellation certificate didn't emphasise how poorly you were. We have reviewed your certificate and can see that the doctor emphasised that any travel in your condition "poses a significant risk", and that all your symptoms were detailed.
However if you felt your certificate needed an amendment we are usually very happy to discuss this with the issuing doctor if you let us know as soon as you receive it.
