Very easy website to use and response time very impressive.
Website was easy to navigate and the form itself took about 10 minutes to complete.
I didn’t receive the certificate the next day but once I contacted them, they responded within 5 minutes and re issued another certificate for me.
They had indeed sent the certificate originally, but it was in my spam folder. Which is stated to do so I the confirmation email.
Very impressed and will be using again as my husband also requires a medical certificate for his new job abroad.

Initially I was not sure about the website and I was in confusion and fear to believe the platform. I was in need of argent fit to fly letter as Iam pregnant. I have applied to NHS but they said it may take up to 4 week. But this platform have issued the certificate at the same day with the medical records of pregnancy. They did professionally with verified doctors. I was a wonderful experience for me. They have responded for my queries as well. Thanks a lot for the service you provided. It would like to give them an excellent. Without you guys I could not go back to my home country when Iam 35 week pregnant. Thank you so much.

Not fit to fly certificate
My husband needed a not fit to fly certificate and the service from medical cert was nothing short of remarkable. They were very prompt in processing the certificate and indeed delivered before 9am next day with a courtesy text message sent in addition to email to make us aware that the certificate had been sent to us. We initially made a request in the wrong category and we obtained clarification as to what was actually required and was refunded without any hassle. Would definitely recommend this company and service again!
