And their customer service is unavailable. No replies to my email as well.

Hi, saw a few recent negative reviews which gave me pause - as a bit of balance I thought they were very impressive. 2 hour turnaround in an urgent situation which stretched beyond office hours. I am very glad I found this service and that it exists. They were able to assess evidence and provide a custom form quickly. I don't have a receipt yet and will need one, but I would not hesitate to recommend the service based on speed of response and helpful approach.

I have been trying to get a receipt from this company for a fit to fly letter issued over a month ago and they have ignored every email and whenever I manage to get through on the phone they tell me that the department I am speaking to cannot help me.

Excellent service

I requested a medical certificate from this company. Their website clearly states that if they are unable to issue the relevant certificate they issue refunds. They were unable to provide me what I needed, so I requested a refund. I have been following up with them for 2 months for my refund. I have sent many emails to the support email on their website, I have called the support number (which gets diverted to someone who can only take messages, but no one calls back). There is no where to raise a complaint either. I would not recommend using this service.

Additional detail after their response:
I very clearly explained in my request I was after a not fit to travel note, and yet I received a fit to travel note, indicating to me no one read the request. When I emailed them the same day asking what happened and for a refund, they responded saying the wrong form was selected and acknowledged it is confusing and easy to do and requested more information to issue the right certificate. I sent more information on 2 occasions and consistently followed up between August 20 and October 15 (2 months) via email and phone calls, and was only replied to on October 15 after leaving an online review, apologizing and asking if I still wanted a refund. In their comments below, they state I never replied to the request for additional information which is simply not true, I have the proof. They also state I only requested a refund this month, another lie, I requested it the same day I received the wrong certificate. It is now October 23 and I am still waiting to head back from them regarding the refund they asked me on October 15, after multiple emails to them again. I have had no choice but to issue a dispute with them through my bank and leave reviews.

I sent an email enquiry two weeks ago and received no reply. I followed up with several more emails and even called their phone line, but still no response. Their customer service is practically non-existent — they use a call centre that handles calls for multiple businesses, and no one ever gets back to you.

Great service, it’s very easy to apply. I just had to respond the questionnaire on the website, download the files and wait for an answer. I thought it was going to take at least three or four days for their feedback but on the next day, I received an email with the letter and the medical card.

I came to Medical Cert because UpDoc are issuing non compliant certificates in the Uk which get rejected. Therefore i went to Medical Cert and again their cert is rejected as non conpliant Why cant they just use the correct form that is on the Thai Embassy London?
