I came to Medical Cert because UpDoc…
I came to Medical Cert because UpDoc are issuing non compliant certificates in the Uk which get rejected. Therefore i went to Medical Cert and again their cert is rejected as non conpliant Why cant they just use the correct form that is on the Thai Embassy London?

We offer in-house certificates of good health with the option of adding any custom forms specifically required by your visa of choice. If you include the Thai Embassy form with your application where it prompts you, then our doctors very happily complete these for you too.

This company did exactly what they said they would.They got us our medical certificate by 9am the next day .Without them we wouldn’t have been able to fly to Australia.

Great service for my certificate
I needed a medical certificate for an upcoming ultra marathon, the certificate had missing details for the organisers pleasing. I contacted the company, they adjusted the certificate to show the details I needed within hours! 🙂 cheaper, more efficient, quicker, better communication than my local GP, definitely would use again 🙂

The process was easy and straight forward. I explained the issue that resulted in a cancelled holiday and a doctor written letter came back the next day. Without the letter I would not have received compensation from my travel insurance claim. Definitely worth it.

Fast efficient service. I received my certificate same day.
The organisers of the event informed me two months later that they required specific wording which I was not aware of. I contacted Medical Cert and it sorted it with in half an hour. Fantastic.

Be very careful with the wording of the certificate. Mine was issued with 3 different wordings and still rejected. Eventually I paid the extra £10 to have the approved template for the event filled out. Hopefully now it should be accepted.

Quick service. Got what I needed. Having seen others with issues, I prefilled the medical form from the airline with the relevant details. Not sure why payment for the extra form wasn't taken with the main payment, but the issue was quickly rectified and I had the signed forms in under 24h.
