Dreadful company order placed one week later invoice arrived. Order not approved but no explanation. No refund I have emailed 4 times. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent company.

This is an awful company. They take your money don’t fulfil your order and don’t refund the money . I have phoned and emailed many times and they do not answer . Do not order anything from this company . They are cowboys .

Everything fine, but asked for sat delivery and got delivered Tuesday otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Genuine tablets fairly priced, quick delivery, will use again.

Same experience as everyone else recently. Placed order. Nothing arrives. No answer to emails, phone calls or "chat agent". Have contacted credit card company to get refund/investigate company. Next step is to report them to the pharmaceutical and medical regulators.

As with others lately, they took my money and no sign of the goods, now nearly two weeks later. No response to any communication.

Only giving 1 star as zero does not seem to be possible. Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Payment taken immediately but still waiting for delivery No response to multiple emails and calls. Avoid at all costs. I am a healthcare professional myself and I am embarrassed to see com artists like this operating under a supposedly legitimate company name. If you have any issues with their service please ensure you report them to their regulatory body the General Pharmaceutical Council

Bought items from this company on the 19th of august have not received them have emailed several times left phone messages no contact at all meanwhile I am out of pocket appalling company take your money and do not provide goods never use them again be warned

They took payment I never received my items and 4 weeks later still waiting for my refund

I ordered medication on the 17th August it's now the 25th August and my order is still being reviewed by Dr,I'm going to report them them to medicine Council,total scam.

I bought a medicine but it was rejected. When i checked my account they did not send to my payment. I sent many emails and called them,. nobody did not replt and answer. Still i am wiating my money back.

Medicine Direct is a great company. I have used them for years. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Do not buy from these people, placed an order with express delivery on the 12th July, after emailing several times to chase my order- (with no response) they emailed on the 22nd July to say, item is out of stock and will issue an refund within 5 working days !!! 4 weeks on still no refund. Tried calling and emailing with no response. I have now taken a claim out with my bank. Disgraceful service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company went solvent Oct 21. They still take your order. They stil take your money. You even pay postage. No one answers the phone. No one reply to emails or chat. Check companies House. You have been scammed

Scam no refun now 1 month

Didn't get a refund or reshipping.

Tried calling and messaging them but no responses
