Prompt service and quick delivery would use again

I received my medication after 2 weeks
never got a reply to my e mail asking when it would be delivered
if this company would answer emails and be upfront about delivery times there would be no problem

It's a scam. I actually paid for an item but it never came after 2 weeks.

Ok so I ordered and then looked at this and thought bye bye money, however yes they are a bit slow but everything turned out well tablets arrived without the need to chase or call and it saved me the hassle of trying to get to see or speak to a doctor. The system is broken and this company must be flat out busy picking up the pieces of a broken system and trying there best. Will definitely use again and thank goodness they carry on! So thank you medicine direct !

Fast, dependable at fair prices

I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from Medicine Direct. My order is still stuck "in query" and I have had to go elsewhere for my medicine. .
I have requested a cancellation and refund, but no-one has replied to my emails. I would recommend you shop elsewhere.

Ordered some painkillers as can not get a appointment at my doctors , they took the money straightaway but then my order is stuck in query every since, no one answers the phone EVER or emails I have contacted them loads now Never a reply!

Only used this company as I used them last year & the service was great now I have to fight to get my money back never use these again!

Spent 34.99 on medicine I needed. Over a week and no updates, won't respond to messages. Scam. Will be chasing my money back.

My order did not arrive. They refused to reply to any emails I sent and I did not receive a refund after requesting it multiple times!

Scam Scam - I have put a formal
Complaint in now to the Ombudsman as you have taken my money and not provided the medication Disgusting !!! I will pursue this as it is a criminal offence to take money and not provide goods on line

Very dodgy website !!! Paid for a prescription with next day delivery and received nothing whatsoever from them. Emailed multiple times with no response, can’t even contact with the phone number provided !!
BEWARE !!!!!
Will be contacting my card issuer to further investigate.

Do not use this company. They are impossible to get hold of either by email or phone. Refunds do not arrive.

I’ve tried calling, leaving messages and emailing to cancel my order as my GP finally fulfilled my request, yet nobody picks up the phone, nobody calls back and nobody responds.

They’re quick to take your money but not so quick to get the product out to you or return your funds! Won’t be using again.
