Jack Needham is most helpful and with a vast experience and knowledge of the NHS pension fund making the difficult process of NHS pension understanding easy. The service is tailor made for busy NHS staff because the information you get back is what is needed to make an informed choice for pension evaluation which is customised for clients.
He and his staff go out of their way to help and expediate forms to help a client meet deadlines. This shows it is a professional company with an outstanding knowledge base of all matters relating to pension and staff pay, but with a human and compassionate touch.

Used medifintech to help me with my McCloud remedy calculations - they were fantastic. Replied to me promptly, explained everything clearly and had forms prepared which made the process as painless as it could have been. They filled in all the details they could on the forms, and explained exactly what I needed to do, including helping with the forms needed to claim back fees from HMRC. No hesitation in recommending them!

Used them to deal with the annual allowance remedy paperwork. The process was painless. They responsed almost immediately to my queries and even sent me a partially completed claim form to get my fees back ! Would definately recommend them.

Had used before for pension calculation and support with McCloud and was impressed so decided to also use to avoid plugging through the HMRC calculator and getting it wrong myself. They were super speedy, highly responsive and treat you as individual despite large volume processes. They completed all the "donkey work" accurately leaving clear instructions on what bits I needed to do (minimal) and what to do next.
Took a huge amount of stress away, clearly know what they are doing and this gives great confidence. Cost claim back process very straightforward because you are hand held through it. For me this service is invaluable and well worth it - highly recommend

As a consultant and GP, we used Medifintech after hearing positive reviews from both our colleagues and family members. The service was very good, straightforward and most importantly valuable in helping us to plan for retirement. All the information required from us was clearly signposted beforehand and the reports are clear and well organised which really helped us to visualise our pensions in our particular scenario. The discussion and some dynamic examples of how scenarios could change with different types of planning was especially useful and the team are clearly extremely well acquainted with all parts of the NHS scheme.
