The support team at operations were patient when I needed to make changes as were the gentlemen who delivered and set up the bed - it was easy to reach them, they were responsive patient and polite. They were the first to respond to our request for a quote, offered a competitive price, followed up, and kept us well informed throughout the ordering process. I highly recommend Medshop Direct. They provided exceptional customer service that was above and beyond my expectations. Omar and Ivan enabled us to finally obtain a bed that met our needs. Omar clearly knows how to problem solve. Medshop Direct provided timely updates and was transparent in passing along information from the manufacturer. A critical hurdle that Omar was able to navigate was delivery and installation. I would certainly use their services again.

Customer service has been excellent! They are very prompt, knowledgeable ,and extremely helpful. The quality of the bed we purchased is wonderful! It was a significant investment, and we wanted to make sure it was the right purchase. They answered all of our questions, kept us updated on expected delivery with set up, and have helped us with additional equipment to customize the bed for my husband’s needs. We highly recommend this company. I have dealt with several different medical supply companies because of my husband’s ongoing medical issues, I wish they all were as good as this one.

I did have some problems with the bed and the accessories that took some time to resolve, but the issues were not the fault of Medshop Direct at all. Ivan and Omar were extremely responsive and proactive when it came to helping to resolve the issues. They were on top of everything from ordering to shipment and their communications were excellent.
There were also some problems with the white glove delivery service which I hope will be addressed.

It has helped me sleep better, very comfortable mattress.

Working with Ivan. He held my hand all through this delivery. Even though the mattress didn’t originally arrive as scheduled, Ivan assured me I wouldn’t be disappointed again. And because of him (I’m sure) I wasn’t.

The website was easy to navigate, and I found information about all the available beds so that I could make an informed decision. Omar and Ivan were helpful, and I received information in a timely manner. My order came in good condition. It actually arrived a little sooner than I thought it would, right before my mother got home from rehab, on the same day. The bed was needed, and is working as expected. I am happy that I purchased it.

Even though there were issues with my debit card,Omar & his team continued to work with me to get my order accepted.

Unfortunately on my behalf, there was miscommu ication after speaking to someone at Medshopdirect. I didn't recall seeing options for install delivery or curbside. My apologies, Our member stated that there was no mattress, but a topper. However, our member stated that the bed is a beautiful bed. Hopefully, we will rectify the mattress issue, I'm sure that we will. Thanks Mark for your assistance. Thank you Medshopdirect for all of your assistance.

The customer service especially has been outstanding. I worked with Omar throughout the process of buying, delivery, and adjustments of the ICare bed. He responded immediately throughout the process whenever I had a question, addressed issue promptly and made me feel heard. The whole team worked together. I appreciated this support as it had been a difficult time for us but receiving the kind and professional support made the transition to this hospital bed easier. The product -ICare bed (cal king size) and mattresses are terrific as well! Although one of the bed frames arrived damaged from the mail- Omar had a new bed frame made and delivered. The mattress order was handled quickly and easily. Mom is very comfortable on it and it supports her better and she doesn’t complain of as much pain

I changed my mind about the old bed and wanted it picked up instead of keeping it. So they had to do a little shuffling to accommodate that. But it was fixed and the bed will be picked up Friday.
I worked with Omar and Ivan(sorry-don’t know last names) And they kept me updated throughout the whole process.
