Med shop Direct really stayed on top of our hospital bed order. We ran into some shipping challenges and they made every effort to meet the challenges. I had a great experience with Medshopdirect. The merchant is reliable and their customer service was excellent. Ivan assisted with my order and he was always prompt, professional, and very helpful.

We are very pleased with our entire interaction with this company. The communication and assistance was professional, prompt and courteous. We had the pleasure of interacting with the owner as well who was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. 
Our order was for an extra wide, fully electric hospital bed that came with a mattress plus cover (and had a promotion for a free overbed table included!), all of which arrived as promised. And the price was lower than any others we found online. The delivery man was also polite, helpful and professional.
The bed has benefited our father/ husband in many ways, specifically by increasing his comfort, ability to sleep with less pain, and, in addition, by making it easier for the nurse to apply dressings etc, without uncomfortably straining her back.

I can’t say enough good things about medshopdirect.  Polite, professional, and they kept me updated every step of the way. Omar was very sweet and then Ivan kept me updated with the delivery and installation. I also saved 10% which came out to a few hundred dollars :) I don’t leave many reviews but I think more people should know about them.

The service was great, they were responsive and accompating

The ordering was easy, our chair came quickly and it was just perfect!

I was a little nervous making such a big purchase from a company that hadn’t been around that long. I checked the reviews here on Trust Pilot and that’s what made me feel better. Everyone talked about Omar and how attentive and helpful he was through their whole process and sure enough, he kept me updated from start to finish, answered all my questions, and went out of his during a very busy holiday season to work out my white glove delivery in a way that was best for us. Since the delivery, he has given me warranty help, trouble shooting help they have found helpful, contact info for the company that made the bed I purchased and an offer to do whatever they can to help. I felt like Omar went above and beyond good service and I highly recommend this company.

They gave me the best price, kept me updated, and I know there was a short delay during the Holidays but I can't blame them for it. Medshopdirect and Omar in particular delivered to my parents in a time of need and Im forever grateful to them for that.

Medshopdirect is a wonderful company to deal with and the product was delivered in a couple of days. I even got a email from them making sure the product was the right size before they delivered it. I ordered the mattress as 76" long because I was using it for a recliner or if she went into her bed I would put it under the sheets. I thought they really cared by sending an email to make sure the size was correct.
I would recommend them to any family or caregiver.
