Being able to work from home gave me great flexibility.
Unfortunately due to covid, access to training and work place facilities were unavailable so the transition to a work place may be a little more difficult and may take a little longer than would normally be expected.

Everything was very relevant, and help was there when needed. Quite a lot of the answers needed to be found by the student, and weren't in the reading material. I did however enjoy doing my training, and I will now read through the extra reading material that has been provided. I'm hoping this may help with getting employment in the industry. However a lot of places do still require experience in at least administration to be considered. So I'll just have to see how I go.

The process was really easy and quick... The marking process was really quick.. The staff was friendly and helpful.. The only thing I would have found more helpful would have been video's explaining the assessments, I had this from my previous training provider and this worked great as that cleared up a lot of questions I had while working on my assessments without having to reach out to my trainers.

MAT is a very caring and considering institution that allows everyone an opportunity to gain knowledge, no matter what one will be going through or environmental constraints.
Their Diploma of Practice Management has simultaneously given me analytical, and evaluative skills in relation to governance styles and their impact, situation & stakeholder management, complex problems solving techniques, legislation, policies and procedures withing the health industry. The fascinating thing about these skills is they apply to all industries.

I enjoyed my Certificate III in Medical Administration. The entire course was online - which meant I could get through it as quickly as I wanted. Even though it was online though, I still felt really supported by the team - who were lightning fast at replying to any questions I had, but also in marking my modules. Highly recommend this course.

The teachers were helpfull and understanding, the admin were amazing. I dont usually enjoy study but i definitely did this time and will be back again

This course was so informitive and well put together. The teachers and student support had all the answers and really look after the students. Great course.

I found the system of online learning and the timeliness of marking and responding to queries exceptional. There was no waiting around for anything.

I had an excellent experience with MAT, always available for help when needed and guided me in the right direction.

Only just started my course but am enjoying it so far. The assignments are pretty easy to follow and the study material given gives all information you need to answer the questions and if you do get a question wrong, the trainers are usually pretty good at guiding you with the feedback they give. Assignments are usually marked within a day of you submitting and the next unit given to you within a few hours of you being deemed competent.

Very easy to use and study. I didn’t have any issue, everything went very smoothly, thank you!

The availability of support was welcome.
All topic and materials were well designed and defined.

This was a really good organisation to work with. The modules and training were clear and relevant. If you had trouble you were given help by the staff so that you could better understand everything. Everything was self-paced and flexible. I highly recommend studying with them.

Overall happy to have completed this course. I found the flexibility of being able to complete it at my own pace advantageous. Was easily able to finish in the allocated time frame, even with a lot of distractions (kids) at home and working fulltime. Course content was relevant I found the feedback and encouragement from the course tutors helpful.
