It was an easy experience. Trainers great and always contactable assessments opened up perfectly and never any issues using there servers. New assessment always opened up 24 hrs after completing the one before hand. No unnecessary time frames in between. Completed 11 months early because of this. Each assessment had a great amount of time before it was due. Trainer we’re lovey and always open to an extra attempt if the 3rd wasn’t enough so didn’t have to be worried about failing over something as simple as forgetting to answer a question before submitting.

The content of material is very good, and there is always someone on the other side of a phone call to assist with you in an effective and timely manner.
