As a first time buyer I was pleasantly surprised with the service your company provided. Nothing was too much

Item delivered is very true to the pictures on the website. Very comfortable to wear. Size is generous, top was a little big for me but then I have that problem with all swimsuits. I just took it in a little to make it a better fit on the bust. Might try tankini separates next time because I can buy a different size top and bottom and there are some gorgeous ones on the site.

If i could meet curve ‘UK’ any lower I would. I ordered off this website as I thought the items and choice they had was great, everything looked legit. Until i gave them my money. I waited over 2 weeks for my items to be delivered and none of the tracking would worked, i then found out they are shipped from the US! Items arrived and one was soiled with Blood, one didn’t fit right and was made from rubbish material, but the other I actually liked.

Contacted meet curve to request a refund and all I get back is the same robotic response. The items I wish to return come to a total of £58.98 meet curve offered me £6 refund and told me to keep the items.. no thanks.. so now I am in a back and forth with this company as they still fail to offer me a returns label, and keep on insulting me with tiny refund offers.

My partner also ordered the same time from this company, she was sent items she ordered but they look nothing like the pictures used on the website she also wishes to return but is getting all the same responses and insulting offers.

Avoid at all costs, wish we had read the reviews before buying!!!

I too wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I bought 2 swimsuits online which took over 2 weeks to arrive,as tracking number did not work.I had not realised they were based in USA. After emailing customer services,the swimsuits arrived but were not suitable but returns process in atrocious.You have to email customer services for return process & pay for postage yourself.I have had replies from 3 different advisers;1st one offered £20 gift voucher & said keep swimsuits,which I rejected as wanted full refund.2nd adviser upped offer to £34 & again said keep/give away swimsuits.3rd adviser insisted I sent photos of suits including lower area with sticker intact,to ensure suits could be resold,as she said products often returned in unfit state.I send photos,insisted on returns address & requested CEO details to log complaint.Still awaiting details 3 weeks later! Looks like I will lose my £85.00!

I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before purchasing a swimsuit and then losing £40 as I was unable to return it due to their dishonest and confusing system. Returns are to America at your expense so they offer you to keep the costume and accept a gift voucher for the same amount. I wanted a refund but was prepared to accept the voucher as I was not prepared to post to the States from the UK. On receiving my acceptance they withdrew the offer and offered me £20 instead. I now just feel they are messing around and I'll never see this money.

Similar to all other complaints! I purchased two swimsuits hoping I’d keep one, and they said I would have to return the swimsuits and pay myself or they would offer me 1/3 of what I paid for the item.

Items were poor quality and took weeks to arrive. Very unhappy and will not be purchasing again.

Took over 7 weeks to get the swim top. My holiday was finished by the time it came. I asked for a refund it was ignored. The top was fabulous when I did get it but unless you are ordering months in advance I wouldn't bother The item came from China ...

I had a recent poor experience with this company. Bought 6 items all of the same size. Was only looking to keep 2 as the others did not fit. Attempted to return and followed the instructions on the website but received an email, not giving me a return label but offering me £22 and to keep the unsuitable items. Emailed back to say I would rather return them and have the full refund as they don’t fit so I wouldn’t be able to wear them. Further response offering me £43 and still keep the items. I have now read many reviews from people who have had the same experience. So now I’m out of pocket and left with items that are useless as they don’t fit. If you are going to order from them, please be aware that if you need to return you may not get your full refund

One of the three items I bought fitted me and I am pretty much a standard size 22 so I do think their sizing is off. Delivery time was much longer than I expected and I didn’t feel this long delivery time was clearly indicated on the website. The fit and quality of the garments generally was poorer than I would have hoped given the price mark.
This was a shame as I was excited to see such a good range of products in my size on the website.

I was looking for a tankini for my aunty and stumbled across the meet.curve site and love the vast range of styles and colours available for plus sized women and the prices were reasonable. After purchasing I thought I would look at the reviews, which by and large were awful, so I was worried about whether I'd made a mistake. My experience bucked the trend, I was contacted by the couriers within 10 days and my item was delivered in the timescale given, the quality was good and my aunt is happy with the fit.

Whilst I will acknowledge that the swimsuits I ordered were actually really nice (if you’re inbetween sizes I’d go down) But if you’re outside the country they’re being sent from, not sure where States? China? You won’t be able to return them without massive complications. They will offer you a token refund to keep them. Then they will offer more, like a bargaining. They will point out how expensive it will be for you to return and even suggest you gift your unwanted items to friends. DO NOT ORDER!! They are a dreadful company. I ordered 4 items to try and compare and choose from. I now have 3 suits I won’t wear and half a refund. Useless and a scam.

I've been trying to get a refund but its being difficult!!! Return is to the USA so postage is very very expensive.

This company seemed to have good ads showing their swimsuits for curvy ladies and I felt confident to purchase. HOWEVER, after ordering 2 different costumes, which took over 2 weeks to arrive, I am having difficulty returning one of them which does not fit. Their website shows how to return, but when I tried this the Service Centre just sends me 'waffly' emails suggesting i just keep the wrong item and they will refund a token few pounds - a 5th of the purchase cost. I have sent a strong email to refute this, but had no response after 2 days. Very bad experience.

It has taken 2 emails to try & get a refund for sending items back.
As yet no reply has been received.
I would not recommend this company for any sales.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my recent order.

Firstly, the order took over a week to arrive, with no updates other than the vague message: “It’s on its way – please be patient.” This lack of communication is unacceptable.

Upon receiving the items, I found that both costumes were too large, and I immediately contacted your customer service team to initiate a return/refund. The response I received offered three unsatisfactory options:
1. Keep the items and receive store credit coupons (usable only with your company).
2. Accept a £20 refund and keep the items – with a suggestion to “give them to friends.”
3. Pay for tracked, registered international return shipping to your US warehouse – at my own expense.

This return policy is unreasonable, especially considering the sizing issues were not due to customer error, but your size guide reference.

Additionally, your listed customer service phone number (917-224-5107) does not work – it only plays a message stating, “This is not a working number.”
There is no accessible support – just a single person replying to emails, with no way to escalate the issue or speak to a manager or supervisor.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expect a full refund and a prepaid return label, in accordance with basic consumer rights and fair trading practices.

Please advise how you will resolve this issue promptly.

They do not "really" offer returns.
The offer a gift card, when refused a tiny refund and keep the goods.
If refused they then increase their refund and you keep the goods quote "to give your friends". Why would do that?
Finally they agree to a full refund and stipulate a 7 day return period which is ludicrous considering it took 5 days to get a returns address/authorisation and the goods took 2 weeks to arrive!
If there policy said no refunds i just would not have bought from them

Never arrived on time, poor, poor customer service. I will never order from this company again! Sent me in circles, took nearly 21 days to arrive. Took 2 more weeks to get any sort of refund and still didn’t get it all. Avoid at all costs!

I received what I ordered and kept everything. Great designs and good quality. Lots of people complaining about long shipping times and having to pay for return postage. All of this info is outlined on the website. I ordered well in advance and used the size guide to get the right fit. I liked how you can order top and bottom separately as not everyone is the same size all over. Website is a bit clunky and didn’t receive many shipping emails but everything arrived.

I bought two same size,swimsuits. About £38 each. Great style, well made; one fitted like a glove- the other was cut so low on the front as to be indecent. Badly cut I should think. So, return needed, and this is when I found out the return needed to go to USA! Before the return was accepted I got several partial refund offers, instead I chose to send it , £12.00.
I will not be buying from Meet Curve again until they sort out returns to an English base.
Good quality costumes- bad overall experience.
