This company is not based in the UK as advertised. If you want to return items it takes numerous emails, and insisting you would like a refund not a 20% back and keep the items. You then have to return to the USA at your own expense £20. Fortunately I paid with credit card so have some way to get my money refunded.

I know some people have clearly had problems with this company but my experience has been great! I ordered a swim dress on 23rd May and it arrived today (4th June) and is perfect. Really pleased!!

I bought a swimsuit last year that was nice but I have lost a little weight since then so I wanted to get a smaller one. They didn't have the same one in stock so I chose a different design in the next size down. This one was a bit tight in the chest so I requested details to return it. I was told return was in New Jersey (this is not mentioned anywhere on the site) and return delivery would be about £35 (not transparent at all in the returns page). To avoid this, they offered that I keep the suit and they give me a gift voucher, as I was going to exchange anyway. This voucher I used to purchase a replacement suit. I got two, in the bigger and smaller size, just incase.
Neither fit, they were both tiny, and they look exactly the same out the package. I had to check the inside labels in case someone had packed it wrong. Needless to say, I wanted to return them.
I was told you cannot return gift item purchases, even if the gift card only covered less than half of the order.
So I'm out £30 odd quid and I have three swimsuits that don't fit me! I guess I can sell them on, but I'm very frustrated to not have the option to return and the fact that the return process (so expensive and far away) was not clearly outlined.
I have also noticed there are several listings that state various closures and strap adjustments for pieces which do not exist on the actual swimsuit. I addressed this with a customer service rep and they ignored it.
All their size charts are the same too, across different patterns - but I can assure you the different styles definitely do not all fit the same.
Over all, really disappointed.

If I could give this company 0 I would. Someone needs to look into this company. Purports to be a UK based company but are based in the USA. My order was a bikini and when it arrived the bottoms and top was two different colours when it was supposed to be one! Tried to return and had excuse after excuse of why I couldn't return. Then offered a £9 refund for a £40 bikini and told the keep the unwearable item. Avoid at all costs unless you are prepared to throw your money down the drain. When I see the 5* reviews I don’t buy it, we all know about that trick. Shocking company who are sucking in the British public under a false representation using a UK web domaine and ripping them off.

Great, service and love the costume

Please do not order from this company. Order arrived eventually (not uk based) size was incorrect, asked for refund. Offered to give me a voucher for the amount I paid, tried to order but despite inputting the code still tried to charge me the full amount ‘customer service’ now not responding. Total ripoff, I wish I’d read these comments first, lesson learnt

The company purport to be UK based, with a .co.uk domain name, but there is no way to return items when they don't fit correctly. You have to email the company, who then send you an offer of keeping the item with a partial refund, but they refuse to give a returns address. If you query this they may up the 'offer' to a fraction of what you paid to keep the items and 'gift them to friends'. Eventually, if you persist, they give you a return address in USA to return at your own expense, tracked within 15 days of receipt of order - by this time most of the 15 days have passed! I had to involve my bank to get my refund. I wish I'd checked all the other negative reviews before purchasing. Avoid this company.

Great products. This is the 2nd swimsuit I have had from Curve. They are very good quality, fit really well with plenty of support in the right places. Don't mind paying a bit more for a good product.
Only downside was quite a slow delivery of approx. 11 days.

Be explicitly clear about where the product needs to be returned to!!! With a .co.uk in the name it’s super misleading to have to return to the USA and cover postage!

States its meet curve UK but turns out items are sent from USA.
Took ages to be delivered so arrived too late for my holiday.
Absolute nightmare when trying to return items. Hadn't tried them on but just looking at them I can tell they are way too small so don't trust the website when it says UK sizes.
Paid using a credit card so contacted my bank to get the money back which they did, this company then disputed that saying they had done nothing wrong.
Maybe don't advertise a site as a UK one when items are sent from America.
Absolute joke and waste of money. Please please please do not order from this site!

Nice concept for a swimsuit but no good for the bigger busted woman. No real tummy control. Looked good on the website but really not fit for purpose in reality.

The website is very misleading. I checked it was a Co.uk website before ordering and that I could pay in British pounds and that returns were available.
I received the swimming costumes which had a very bad fit and I needed to return them. My story is the same as a lot of other reviews, I wish I had checked reviews. They offered me to keep the costumes (which didn’t fit) and give me a gift voucher for the same amount or a £21 refund for my £70 order. I responded saying this was not acceptable and that their website was very misleading. They offered for me to return them to an American address. I checked at the post office and it was going to cost me £25 to return them. They then offered me £35 refund and suggested I gift the costumes to a friend or goodwill. I said this still wasn’t acceptable. At this point I realised I wasn’t really going to get a full refund and had never experienced this kind of bartering to get unsuitable goods refunded.
I asked them for a £50 refund and to not return the costumes. They agreed but I am out of pocket just over £20 with two swimming costumes that don’t fit. I would never suggest anybody from the UK order from this company.

Not a good fit, no support in the bust.

When trying on it was ok but when I went to go out in it the seams were very scratchy like plastic was in the seam.

Hi - Note to all. How did you pay, I have put my purchase into dispute (Halifax, Mastercard) Also depending on value look into Section 75 consumer credit card act. On your banking app and once the transaction has cleared, you should be able to click on the item on your statement and follow through with clicking in Dispute. This will then be logged with you bank and you will be issued a ref number.
I noted that I had to pay or refund fee, I stupidly thought a £3.50 evri job...... Nope £32 to the New Jersey. They have eventually given me a return address, after 7 emails.... I have refused a £25 voucher, then a £50 voucher..... it was exhausting... hence I have put this into dispute. If you are in the UK don't order with this company - even though it has a UK website - just don't!! Not sure if I will receive a full refund. But at the moment my bank have temporarily provided a refund pending investigation.

Customer service is dreadful. They make returns very difficult. Takes ages for them to respond and doesn't clearly state on their website that they are not based in UK.
Items are also badly sized and average quality.
Would never shop with them again.

Trying to get a refund is almost impossible!
By the time they agree to it, your 15 days which you are allowed to return unwanted items is up. Left me with unwanted items to the value of £55 plus and no refund.

Took way too long to be delivered. If they’d have stated from the outset, I could have made an informed decision. As it turned out, the item was delivered while I was away on holiday, which in itself was impractical for me as I never like to have packages sitting outside of my home for more than a day.
The item itself was pretty nice and will have to wait until my next vacation to get worn.

In common with many, I failed to read others reviews before ordering from Meet curve UK. My experience seems typical. A fairly long wait for low quality, poorly designed, badly constructed, and lightly soiled items, that don’t fit (they don’t meet my curves!) and a polite but strangely worded email from their ‘customer service’ telling me their return address is in USA (not providing the full address) and offering a small amount of compensation or a discount code, should I wish to repeat the experience.

If you’ve not already ordered I would seriously suggest you try elsewhere first. Unless, of course, you are prepared for potential disappointment (and a waste of time and money), in which case fill your shopping basket.
