Quick service, decent product at a fair price. It would be nice to have some sort of deal for shipping costs when you spend over 'X' amount as I bought 6 costumes and had to pay the same shipping on each item.

Only reason gave 4 stars was re sizing. The medieval outfit I bought was definitely small for the size ordered. Depending on the style i’d suggest going up a size. However, it was as described & looked lovely.

I ordered an outfit from this company for my teenage daughter. We ordered it on a Wednesday and it was delivered on the Friday. The outfit fitted perfectly, size small, as the sizing guide on the website was accurate. We were impressed with how original the outfit looked, and the standard of the dress and the accessories. The quality was as expected for the price paid, and certainly worth the cost. I would recommend this company and would certainly order from them again.

Great costume, arrived early,couldn’t have asked for more!

Having placed an order with Mega Fancy Dress, a few days later received an email to state the the order had been dispatched. 2 days later, a parcel arrived, but only containing half of the order. I waited a further 2 days before emailing the company to advise that part of the order was missing. It was only then that I was told to expect another delivery. The complete order was received 2 days later. It would have been good to have been advised that the first delivery would contain only half the order than have to ask.
In addition, one of the items ordered was pictured as a man wearing trousers and a shirt and described as a "Costume". After receiving the delivery and re-reading the description, did I notice that the order was just a pair of trousers not the full costume. Be careful when ordering because the picture could be misleading.

The quality and price is exceptional. Great service - very quickly received my order. Well packaged and presented - you'd have thought I'd spent a lot more on the item. Delighted. Thank you
