Llevo usándola algún tiempo y bueno el plan free anteriormente era más completo y el plan premium eses bueno con el tema de usuarios. Pero sería genial tener el plan gratis con usuarios ya que si no es imposible trabajar en equipo.

Hard time trying to cancel the subscription. I needed to cancel my credit card to avoid their billing. Non sense.

eigentlich arbeiten wir seit Jahren sehr zufrieden mit meistertask. Seit dem Wechsel von der Desktop-Verson auf die Internet-App nicht mehr ganz so gerne, weil die Abläufe für uns komplizierter sind und weil wir manchmal gerne offline arbeiten würden. Aber nun kommen zwei massive Kritikpunkte: Einmal waren wir nun mehrere Wochen damit beschäftigt, die Accounts geradezuziehen und alle Teammitglieder in einen Team-Account hineinzubekommen. Der Service war hier leider unterirdisch, bis sich jemand aus der deutschen Zentrale endlich kümmerte. Es gibt leider noch einen zweiten Punkt: Ich habe nun mehrfach probiert, Projektplanungen über einen Import (CSV/UTM8) in meistertask hineinzubekommen. In beiden Fällen habe ich nach mehreren Tagen des Probierens aufgegeben. Das ist sehr enttäuschend!

La web está muy bien, los tableros muy intuitivos y completos, la interfaz clara...hasta que se te acaban los 10 días de prueba, entiendo que limiten algunas funciones, pero te dejan sin poder añadir usuarios a tus proyectos, con lo cual la app se queda totalmente inservible

They boast 90 staff and 40 million $ in funding yet you can't even change the layout of the dashboard. It's a good app but they force layout changes on customers without giving them the ability to decide if they want it or not. Even on the paid plan you are forced to nagivate around features you don't have on your plan. zero customer support. Not sure what the team of 90 are actually doing?

Im Februar habe ich mein Pro-Abo gekündigt und eine Bestätigung erhalten, trotzdem versucht Meister meine Kreditkarte zu belasten. Was ist da schiefgegangen, nur die Kommunikation?
Ich habe über verschiedene Wege nachgefragt: Keine Reaktion.

MeisterTask hat mich mit Falschen Informationen zu einem Abo abschluss überzeugt und nachdem ich festgestellt habe, dass die Informationen falsch waren, gibt es keinen Kontakt zum Support mehr.
Der letzte Laden, schließt dort bloß nichts ab.
Vorher auch schon 4 Jhare damit kostenfrei gearbeitet.

We have had Meister Task for 3 years. After the first year, some of the features we used were no longer available in our plan, and they required us to upgrade. After months of trying to reach customer service, they finally let me know that they had the right to take away and add features at any time, even though I had already paid for the year. We did not upgrade.

This year I tried to speak with them about renewing my account, and they will not respond via email and the phone number does not work. Their automated emails are absurd. Meister has NO customer service.
Although I do like the product it is not worth the cost, and will take the time to set up with a new service.

Das Programm ist nicht sinnvoll. Zwar ist es gut strukturiert zu arbeiten, aber meiner Meinung nach priosiert es Themen falsch. So werden eventuelle wichtige Themen nach hinten verschoben, die man sonst normal zuerst bearbeitet hätte. Für mich ist es auch ein Überwachugnsprogramm, denn BL und GF Leitung können auch drauf zugriff haben und jeden SChritt verfolgen den man machet. Nicht sinnvoll.

Not sure what has happened to their website but it's not impossible to drag tasks up and down the list. It just jumps around and doesn't move. I've reported the issue but it's still happening.

Paid for a subscription 10 Jan. Without consulting me, they instituted a 'free trial' of a plan I hadn't asked for. When that free trial expired, they withdrew the subscription I'd paid for, 15 days before the subscription was due to run out. They ignore emails, there's no means of correcting this.

Ich war ein intensiver Nutzer von Meistertask.

Einen kleinen Unternehmer überzeugte ich davon - das Mini Team fand es hilfreich.

Privat habe ich mich über die kostenlose Version mit ein paar Freunden zusammen organisiert.
Wir fanden das Tool sehr praktisch und hätten auch gerne eine eine Bezahlvariante gewählt - wenn es für eine rein private Nutzung (wie Orga eines runden Geburtstages o.ä.) darstellbar gewesen wäre.
Leider gingen die Preise utopisch rauf - und dann auch noch die berühmte Abo-Falle, auf die keiner von uns Lust hatte.
Logischwerweise braucht eine Privatperson das Tool nicht zwingend alltäglich. Immer weider hatte man aber das Gefühl, dass wieder etwas nicht mehr funktioniert.
Inzwischen ist mein Projekt gar nicht mehr zu bearbeiten. Es hatte mal gereicht, alte Projekte ins Archiv zu verschieben. Das ist wohl nicht mehr so.

Nach vielen Jahren schießen wir nun Meistertask ab.
Schade. Ich mochte es mal richtig gern und habe sogar kostenlos Werbung gemacht.

Im Grunde verstehe ich die ganze Branche nicht. Jeder glaubt, dass es entweder kostenlos oder richtig teuer sein muss. Blödsinn. Mein komplettes Umfeld ist bereit etwas zu zahlen. Aber eben nicht für Krücken oder teure Abos.
Das hatte ich schon ein paar Mal. Ist sehr oft Dummfang.
Ich hoffe, beim nächsten Mal mehr Glück zu haben.

Criminal auto renewal policy with terrible customer service! Software pirates.

Make sure you never create an account with this fraudulent company!! Six months after I canceled my subscription, they still withdrew an amount from my credit card. An amount that was almost three times higher than my monthly contribution. I’m not getting a proper explanation, and they claim they cannot send the invoice due to data protection. Absolute nonsense. They are scammers, so do not engage with them.

Like many others on this website, I have canceled this subscription over a year ago and just noticed that they continue to charge my credit card. If this isn’t resolved, I will have to take other measures to report them. Have not logged in to this account in over two years.

I have no comments on Meistertask in terms of use but it auto renews and you are not given a warning that a renewal is about to happen with any time to cancel. It auto renewed and I was charged almost £500 that I no longer need/use. I immediately, less than 24hrs, contacted asking for a downgrade and a refund and was told -

"Checking your account, I can confirm that your MeisterTask license was automatically renewed recently. I'm sorry to say that I cannot issue a refund in this case. As outlined at the time of purchase, selecting a billing period when purchasing a license causes your plan to renew automatically by default.

I understand that this might be disappointing, but I ask for your understanding, as we have to apply the same set of rules to all of our customers.

We notify our users about the automatic license renewal not only at the time of purchase but also in our Terms & Policies. As stated in our terms & conditions, a cancellation can only occur before the renewal date. At this point, I am no longer able to cancel your license."

The last paragraph is a joke since it is an automatic click to agree to T&Cs and not read and the notification of it being by default is not obvious.

To receive a response of sorry you clicked some button somewhere and agreed when signing up and not notifying the customer of auto renewal is bad standard operating procedure and poor customer service.

I agree it is my responsibility to check the auto renew but similarly when someone less than 24hrs after being renewed without sufficient notice or warning (ie no emails saying 'hey your account is going to autorenew) cancels their subscription to not refund them is outrageous.

Enjoy the extra 500 quid and I will do my best to ensure work colleagues and friends know how misguided the company is.

I am writing this as Pro user with more than half year experience with MeisterTask.

Adding features by devs is very slow, cancellation of renewal of next year's subscription blocks your pro features even if you have 150+ days until another renewal (this is just bad nasty move from them and this was last drop I decided to move away from Meister)..

Basically any normal feature like sub-tasks or automations is paid.. That said - moving to notion. MiesterTask is something that has MUCH less features and the few it has are more expensive..

I just can't believe someone actually trying to run a real business like this.

I was MeisterTask Basic user for a year now, and I loved the app. Until now. Today I couldn't access my Dashboard or my projects, they said my free trial has expired. I would absolutely be fine with paying for the subscription because (as I said) I loved the app, but they somehow forced me to pay for MindMeister instead of MeisterTask by switching the website midway through the paying process. This is incredibly vile and unethical. Now I ended up with having MindMeister subscription, the app I never used or wanted to use or purchase, and still not being able to access my MeisterTask account. Moreover, I can't even remove my billing method or card details from MindMeister account, which is very frustrating and worrying that they'll charge the same amount again in 6 months time even though I cancelled my subscription.

Otherwise I would be happy to pay you for MeisterTask subscription, but tricking people into buying your other product is the new low and I'm out of there. These people are just scammers, they just have a nice looking product that's all.

This Company is a fraud. They want your creditcard details. I tested MindMeister but whas cleverly moved to a joined program with MindMeister and MasterTask after 12 month and having finished the testing. I get an invoice for both programs for 12 month. So basically they have cheated me for 220 Euro. Frustrating - and I can't even cancell my account because of errors on the website. I recommend everyone to stay away from this Company.
