We’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
As a European company, we are legally required to apply KYC under EU AML regulations — including for cryptocurrency payments. This is not a discretionary policy: without verification, we are not permitted to activate or continue a service.

KYC is what allows us to prevent abuse, protect network integrity, avoid blacklisting, and continue offering high-performance infrastructure at competitive pricing. It is a standard practice among reputable providers operating under EU law.

For full transparency, we were unable to proceed with your migration request because the feature you need is not currently supported by our hypervisors, a necessary security measure for isolating VPS. Therefore, we required further details to understand the situation fully, hence the additional information our technician was requesting. He was genuinely seeking further information to clarify why you were facing this situation. He anticipated that the migration wouldn't solve your matter at hand.

That being said, we are actively working on a private network between VPS so it would work natively with Kubernetes clusters eliminating the complexities you had.

That being said, when an order isn't being delivered automatically following the payment confirmation, you may reach out to us directly for us to investigate the cause. Since, we are using third parties for Payment processing it may occur, while being very rare, that the payment confirmation isn't being sent to us or the funds not received. In which case, it is ideal to contact us in order to troubleshoot the situation.
