Como te he confirmado por correo electrónico, tu pedido ha sido cancelado y no se te cobrará.
Por favor, ten en cuenta que no hacemos ningún cargo en tu cuenta cuando haces un pedido de memmo, sólo hay una "reserva" del importe.
Esa reserva se convierte en un cargo sólo si tu memmo es entregado.
Si no es así, cuando tu solicitud expira o es rechazada o cancelada, esa reserva se libera automáticamente y debería desaparecer de tu estado de cuenta en pocos días hábiles, sin necesidad de reembolso.

Super simple and swift
The memo service was super simple and slick. We were lucky the celeb accepted our request and turned the video around in great time. Process to obtain video was easy, and loads of customisable options should you choose them.

Mir gefällt das Gesamtkonzept der Seite nicht: Man zahlt sehr viel Geld für einen Z-Promi (Diogo Sangre) und nach 7 Tagen läuft die Bestellung ab und man erhält kein Video - obwohl man sich darauf verlässt. Wenn ein "Prominenter" diesen Service anbietet, sollte das Angebot auch verbindlich sein. Natürlich kann es sein, dass er für längere Zeit nicht zur Verfügung steht, dann sollte er den Vertrag aber pausieren können und dies sollte auf memmo vermerkt sein.
Ich bin enttäuscht und werde Memmo nicht nochmal beanspruchen und auch definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Too unreliable as a birthday present - feel devalued by experience
Unfortunately, Ben Hall (Neighbours actor) did not fulfill the birthday video message I requested for my wife's birthday. He was even listed as a 3 day completer so I was really disappointed to get the message 7 days later that he hadn't done the video.
It's hard not to take it personally when you see the glowing reviews on Memmo from people who have received these videos. So I was left feeling disappointed, an unimportant non-entity as far as Memmo and this celebrity were concerned. My wife's birthday has now passed by without the much hoped for gift I had purchased to help cheer her up after a difficult time and illness this year.
The auto-response email from Memmo at the 7 day cutoff only further reinforced how little I am valued
offering only a very poor consolation of a 24hr request for the price of another 7 day request. Any further purchase could, of course, just be another waste of my time and bring more disappointment.
As such based on my experience, I simply cannot recommend Memmo.
What might improve the experience is if you provided better consolation for non-completions - eg 20-30% discounts on next purchase and also % stats on completed requests from celebrities. That will at least help customers make informed choices over whether celebrities are likely to respond.

Regarding the compensation code for your next memo being 24hrs - what makes you think that Ben would be able to complete this in 24hrs, if he wasn't able to complete it in 7 days.
And now you want me to pay 10% more for the same service I was supposed to receive for my now finished wifes birthday (I had a welcome 10% code as a new customer).
I stand by my original feedback that customers who have been let down by a celebrity should be better compensated better than with a 24hr code. A 20% or 30% discount code would show customers this isn't about the money.
Make your compensation better when you let your customers down and you may hang on to them.

I'm sorry your memmo didn't make it on time :(.
Sometimes life happens and talents don't get to complete a request before it expires.
On our side, we keep track of all expired requests, so, if we detect a talent having issues with their requests, we can help them becoming offline until they have more free time to complete their memmos.
Regarding the 24H offer you received, that's intentional, we understand that, since the 7 days deadline already expired, customers are probably in a rush, so an express delivery is most probably what will suit them best for a new try.
Regarding Ben Hall, yes, on average, he replies his memmo requests withing 3 days, and he has a 98% of completion rate, so I'm sure he wasn't able to do it due to some unexpected busy time.
Also, his express requests are 50% more expensive than his regular ones, so the free express delivery is actually a hligher discount than 20%-30%.
I'm sorry you didn't get your memmo on time and I really hope you give memmo a new shot!
